I’m very new to Scentbird (only two months) and so far I’m loving it! The only thing I would change is being able to get a receipt for my subscription orders that have processed. I tried asking the Scentbird chat where I could find one but all it could tell me is that it was unavailable. If this could be fixed it would definitely be a five star!

Shipping takes a long time
It’s OK the bottles are actually bigger than you would think they do last a while I have doubts that it’s the real product, but that could just be me and my insecurities. My biggest problem is they really take a long time to ship the first time I ordered it took three weeks to get to me. After paying that’s a long time for a company that’s been doing this for alone alone time
