Excellent service and prompt . We ordered a few samples that never arrived initially and scent sample took time out to check where they could be. It was found out that Royal Mail has lost them. So scent sample resent our order out again as urgent . Thank you for being so professional

Because this company practice what they preach. Every order is spot on and the perfumes and aftershave’s are spot on. I’ve recently brought Tom Ford and others that I’d never heard of.
Every time they never let me down.
I’ve been to others and sent the whole order back because it was all fake. Scent samples are the best I’ve tried and will keep going back for more and more.

The scent was not the original fragrance. Advertising as selling genuine fragrance samples but then sending people dupes is misleading and sits in the same category as scamming.
It is not right and not ok.
I highly recommend that you test the fragrance in the store before you order so that you are aware of what it smells like which is what I did, however, I was not able to afford the £245 for the original fragrance at the time so ordered a 10ml from Scent Samplers so that I could still have it in my life at a cheaper price........I could smell the disappointment as soon as I opened the lid and hardly needed to spray to tell as it was very apparent.
Maybe some of their samples are genuine but just be cautious!!

Placed an Order But...
Placed an Order (#2524) on Saturday, and it sank into the abyss. I received a confirmation email saying they aim to dispatch within 24 hours on a workday. At the end of Monday, the order still was not dispatched, so I sent an email for an update and received no answer. The same at the end of the next day (today) – messaged via the service on the website and was given the cold shoulder again. As a first-time customer, you never know what to expect, so naturally, you want to be up to date to know if you can rely on or request a refund and order somewhere else. If anything annoys me more than ever, it is disrespect for customers. You only get one chance to make a good first impression, and sadly, this company already lost me. I will make sure to update this review in case anything changes, but even if it goes well eventually, it is already a few stars down for me due to bad customer service.
