Our dog had problems with her anal glands and would have to take frequent visits to the vets. We started using Scooch and she hasn’t been back the vets since! They’re amazing! Thank you!

Don’t like to have to sign up to anything just to receive an order
There is no opt out choice on on cookies or subscriptions
And the subscription was £10 more expensive than the subscription order !

I ordered anal and itching treats for my dog they did take a while to be delivered but once I received them my dog likes them as she can be fussy at times and I have seen a difference so I am happy with them .

Easy to use website, have to sa disappointed with Schooch anti itch product which is very hard, it kept getting stuck on my digs teeth so had to supervise while eating treat to assist getting it off her teeth, used product for a week but no effect on her itching,

I ordered 3 items initially on a repeat but was charged postage, despite saying postage was free.

The supplements were cancelled due to cost but kept the poo bag subscription.

Despite saying subscription was "free delivery" I was charged £4.50 a second time.

Contacted customer service who told me it was to do with a minimum amount charge and because I removed the supplements I was below threshold.

When I've gone back and refuted this as I was charged the first order despite being over the min threshold they quoted and at no time when joining or amending was I told I would be charged delivery.

I was told I would get a refund which has never happened and been over a week since my last email.

I have now cancelled.

I had an issue with password and within minutes I got an email when I contacted customer service with the issue so disappointed that they have not responded to this current issue.

Poo bags itself were ok. Large. But no handles which was annoying as couldn't hang onto the pram and very difficult to even hold/walk carrying them. Especially when you are contending with kids & dogs at same time.

Order was delayed getting to us, which is unusual as we've never had a problem before. I emailed the company and they got back to me in timely manner, and the problem was sorted with a kind gesture of a discount on my next order.

Good that is all I can say

I have a very small shih tzu I think they are very hard I cut them up as small as I could but she still wouldn't touch them I'm not saying there is anything wrong just letting you know itscquite expensive to throw away she has to go to vets every 4 weeks to have her glands emptied I had high hope for these

Very good service from the company. The anal gland product that l buy does a great job. Palatable, my dog considers them a treat.

They work! Georgie( my dog) has had self clearing anal glands for over a year now.

I had high hopes for this company and the outcome. Tried almost all of their supplements for my itchy Frenchie. Despite having a subscription they have taken my money over a week has gone and my dog has nothing. They aren’t responsive and it’s possibly the worse service I have received.
Very disappointing and having to raise a dispute to have my money refunded. No products and they’ve taken my money.
Unfortunately an example of not listening my complaint was not expecting results after a week… I had a subscription and it was renewed, debited my account and no goods for over a week. After 2 weeks I gave up and wrote to the founder.

My dog has only been on these for 4 weeks, but there is a big difference already, no licking or sliding her bum along the grass, hopefully it keeps improving and I will keep giving her the treatment

Great service ! They obviously taste nice as he loves them. Not seen much difference & so not sure if they’re doing any good but we’re only on 2nd pack.

I have an itchy dog… have tried lots of different foods, medication, creams & supplements, none were working for him.
Then as a last hope, I tried Scooch. I can honestly say, it has alleviated his scratching. It’s not completely gone, but you don’t see him standing and twitching his back.
I honestly love this, I do give him a double dose. And he can be fussy, however these must also taste scummy (not tried myself) so taking his enjoyment.
Been on these for 1 month.

We used the subscription service for the anal gland and skin irritation supplements, everything arrived on time no issues.

After the first month we had to cancel the subscription but were to late to cancel the next delivery we contacted customer service, who informed us that because we used the subscription service the "100% money back guarantee items" were not returnable or refundable.

As a reputable company you would expect them to follow the distance selling regulations!!!

Scooch has worked wonders for my itchy Tibetan terrier, so much so that we have now stopped his dose of apoquel. He had previously suffered from pancreatitis so also good to find a supplement that is low in fat. I would definitely recommend.

Great and fast service and the anti-itch treats seem to be very effective so far on my British Bully!

This is working well to sort itchy paws out. Good delivery and service all round.
