Gate Automation without stress from a company that actually cares.

Peter and his wonderful team at SEAGATE AUTOMATION fitted new automated gates on my premises this year. To say that I am delighted with the job is an understatement. Having endured misery, yes, MISERY with my previous gates and a succession of worse than hopeless contractors...I dreaded the task of finding someone reliable and approachable to undertake the task of fitting a totally new gate with the necessary automation. As anyone setting out to get prices and specifications will quickly find out, it's a minefield out there.Yeah, I have stepped on several!
On the day Peter arrived (on time) to access the job and give me quotation. As I had already wasted a lot of time on the flotsam and jetsam in this industry, let's just say Peter met a cynical customer. I was pleased with his thoroughly down to earth approach...and a very fast quotation followed, which was not the dearest, not the cheapest...but with a promise of a delivery date that was well of his competitors. I was happy to agree a deal. I did not in my heart of hearts expect the date to be met...but I felt it was reasonable to hope! To my amazement, the work commenced ahead of time!!
The actual work was completed swiftly and with a minimum of fuss or inconvenience to myself. the lads doing the fitting were so helpful and pleasant and my finished product is simply super. Exactly what I needed! I have had no need for any follow up service..except to check how the over ride worked in a power cut. (This HAD been carefully explained to me at the time of installation....but I think I was too excited with my lovely gate to take it all in!) When I phoned to make this enquiry, I got an immediate response from Peter and he talked me through it...proving tome that customer service is just a call away at any stage. I would be delighted to talk to anyone thinking of making such a purchase....it really is quite a big deal....and as mentioned previously, after years of shoddy service with my former gates, SEAGATE is truly a breath of fresh air. Long may they thrive!
