Taha was instrumental in helping me find a flat. He had an initial conversation with me to explain the real estate market in London. He then sent me suggested listings. When I went to see the properties, he offered advice on which was the best fit and then when I did decide on a process he helped me with making an offer and adjusting the contract. I could not have done it without SearchSmartly!

SearchSmartly tremendously helped us to find a flat in London. Unlike other agencies, the Team at SearchSmartly showed personal care and proactively supported us (conducted research on our behalf, did viewings on our behalf etc.).
As a forward looking development plan, SearchSmartly should expand its offering to provide customers a higher range of options (i.e. list more properties).
