Not great at all.its Fantastic bit of kit.my old system was old compared to what I have.color night vision.your engineers who installed it. Was asking all the time is this that ok for you.nothing was to much for them both.very helpful putting system onto our phones. Great job.4 cameras up and running 6 hrs ish.Large house.

Used this company for the 2nd time, done me a great deal on second installation on cctv.

From start of installation to finished I was well informed.

I would strongly recommend to anyone seeking to install a full cctv system to their property I'm not talking cheap brands neither they use the best cctv on the market.

As a previous customer of Securico, I can only advise potential customers to avoid using Securico as much as possible. I purchased a CCTV system a few years ago. Initially the service was good and provided limited support when required. However outside of warranty they hold you to ransom and charge for everything possible. To a degree I do understand the need to charge, but not to the extent they do.
More recently my system failed. When I spoke to them they advised they would not support me, as they no longer install QVIS. Despite my offer of paying, they dropped me as a customer like a stone. After several years of loyalty I was somewhat dismayed.
They advised that I must change the entire system, or they can’t help.
Given this I took my custom elsewhere and have recently replaced the system. However on removing the old system considerable damage was noted under the cameras despite base rings being purchased/fitted. My installers assessment was that there was no need to cause this level of damage if fitted correctly.
I have complained but to no avail, and just been fobbed off.
Would strongly recommend finding a company that can provide a more personal level of service and not hold you to ransom. Please avoid Securico CCTV.
Addendum: Following Securicos response I jut want to re-iterate that I had offered to pay a call out charge and for any parts, but irrespective of that they still would not provide any support. I would suggest that the company are missing the point. Interestingly the company have completely overlooked the issue regarding damage to my property, which I have subsequently had to get rectified at my own expense. Some of the sloppiest workmanship I've seen (and photos will be posted on other platforms). KR

Nothing was too much trouble for Josh and was so very helpful and the same goes for Chris the technical engineer. I managed to delete all my Cctv cameras off my app by accident Chris very kindly talked me though getting them back, nothing was too much trouble and his knowledge is amazing. Forever grateful

James and Harry were first class fitters. They explained about the CCTV. They were very polite and a credit to your company.

My problem was resolved quickly and efficiently

I had issues with the mobile app that had logged out due to recent update. Abd, also monitor screen needed password in order to log in. Following a few telephone conversations today I finally managed to get the problem resolved. Chris spent at least 1 1/2 hrs on the phone helping me and we finally got both problems resolved. He was very patient with me as I had to use my mobile that we were speaking on, another mobile, my laptop for remote viewing and finally the camera monitor screen. In the middle of all of this a group arrived in the hall to set up a 9 yr old birthday party. He kept cool and we finally got it sorted.

Our CCTV system was installed last June and has performed perfectly. This evening I noticed that all our cameras had gone offline. I emailed Securico Support and Chris replied immediately. I explained the problem and sent a few photos of the router connections as requested. Chris sent me some simple instructions to reactivate / pair the Powerline Network Adapters. I followed the instructions and within minutes the system was back online. Fantastic customer support!

We had our system put in 2022, the whole experience was stress free and a pleasure.
From the very beginning the team dealt with me in a really great professional manner, the installation team were fantastic! All done in just a few hours, very clean in their work and explained the system very well.
We have just had a problem after having a new router but one phone call and the customer service tram dealt with it no problem.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a fully functional cctv system with great customer service after care.

Amazing product and services with exceptional customer service and qualified engineers. After drilling multiple walls to install 4 cameras the engineers left the building without a dot of a dust.

Fantastic service from both Sam and the installer. Discussed route of wiring prior to starting the job and was extremely neat and took great care to do the job to my satisfaction. This is the second system that I've had from Securico CCTV and would definitely recommend them.

Engineer took time to explain everything; very professiona;
