We have truly had a sense of feeling totally secure since having this security system put in place. Twice we have set it off unintentionally and have had an immediate response back. We would recommend this security system in a heartbeat. The service tech was very friendly and went out of his way to get the system installed. We had some minor problems due to our cellular service, but he didn't give up. Thanks for everything and the benefits far out way the insecurity.

The experience was good. The installer spent too much time making small talk. And instead of just answering my questions, went on to explain security system like he would to a 3 year old (was ont happy when I cut him off so I could only have him answer my questions)
I would recommend but with reservations.

Being new to the city of Flint, known for its crime, I was more than a little nervous being in my new home and alone. But once I had the ADT security system installed I felt much more secure. I really like the key fob for arming and unarming the system. Make sure you get one! The fellow that installed the system for me was extremely nice and helpful. I knew how to run the system before he left.
