Best service I ever Had!
my husband and I love our system and with me being home while he's at work I feel so much better and safer knowing I have protection. I made a mistake one morning and open the door without turning off the alarm and they called me in no more than 10 secs now thats fast service. The ADT installation process was great and the customer service was excellent and I received my $100 visa gift card with no problems .

The best I ever did for my peace of mind
I don't feel scared to stay by myself anymore and feel more safe at night. Even though my neighborhood is a safe one, we had two breakins close-by and now I feel so much safer. Security Choice and ADT are very professional and available at all times.

I have been very happy with the company living up to what we agreed to for the package offered.
I was extremely hesitant about signing up with any security company by phone, but after the manager authorized adjustments to my package and a price break for additional monitoring devices I was not sure I would need, that made all the difference. I would recommend this company to anyone I talk to.
The one bad issue I have is the misinformation about how to file for the $100.00 gift card. I was given wrong websites and wrong companies to contact for the gift card. This could cause someone to believe that gift card is a hoax and the company has no intention of living up to this offer. This needs to be addressed.

Good system so far, no problems.
Installation costs weren't disclosed up front, but other than that we're pretty happy. Luckily, the system hasn't been truly "tested" so far, and whenever we've had questions the people at ADT have been very helpful.

What's your warranty?
I'm happy with the system and the installation. The equipment seems to be high quality and the installer was really very good. However, I gave Securitychoice a three star rating for two reasons. First, because I was given an incorrect or certainly incomplete answer about the system warranty. I was told by Securitychoice that there would be no charge for parts or labor under their Quality Service Plan as long as I have ADT's monitoring service. It is now my understanding that this warranty is for 90 days. After that, there would be a trip charge for any service call dealing with an equipment problem. Second, in the course of trying to obtain answers to various questions about the system, installation and service, Securitychoice could not answer all of my questions but had to transfer me to another company depending on my question. I learned that there are three related but separate companies involved and I had to talk to a different company depending on the question I was asking. As I understand it now, Securitychoice is one of the authorized dealers for the ADT service--they sell it. Another company handles installation and service. And, ADT provides the monitoring service. It was frustrating that Securitychoice could not answer all of my questions.

Easy and competent installer. We were very happy.
Our installation with Security Choice went very well and the followup we have had has been good also. No complaints other than wait time on phone lines when I need to speak to someone but that is rare.
