HONEST TRUTH
Overall, I really like Shapellx, but sizing can definitely be tricky.
When I first started ordering from Shapellx, I was around 260 lbs at 5’4” and would order a 3XL. At first they fit great, but they loosened up pretty fast after a few washes. I’m currently around 190 lbs and now order XXL. I did try ordering a bunch of items in XL, and technically they fit, but you could clearly see the lines where the shapewear ended under clothes… so I guess they didn’t really fit lol.
My biggest complaint is that the shapewear loses its shape after a few washes. I know they recommend hand washing only, which I did at first, but then I read the instructions more carefully and saw that you’re not supposed to wring or twist them either. That honestly confused me because how else are you supposed to get the excess water out before air drying?
Part of the reason I sized down was because I was hoping after a few washes the XL would stretch into more of an XXL fit. I’m still testing that theory 😂
One thing I will say though: the jeans are trash. You’re honestly better off spending your money on the shapewear pieces, especially the ones that help smooth hip dips.

I had an issue with my purchase, which was too small. Contacted customer service for a refund/exchange. A Shapellx representative got back with me the next day to let me know they would help.p me with getting the right size, and they would ship the new size right out. I had an issue with my order
I had an issue with my order. I contacted customer service and was told I would receive a gift card so I could reorder something else. I didn't ask for a refund I just wanted to get something else. I never got anything and I reached out again and still nothing.. I did love this company I will not order again neither will be family or friends.

Disappointed once again
I was excited to get the bras. I've had a hard time finding something that fits, especially since I've reached my 50s. I measured to make sure of the fit, and when I received them, I thought the fit was great. I wore each of them for the day and found out that the fit was super uncomfortable. And since I cut the tag off, I couldn't return them, so lesson learned. Stuck with 3 bras that I cannot wear and can't send back.

My package has been “out for delivery since May 13th, they said an attempt was made to deliver it on May18th but was undeliverably. I was literally sitting on my front my front porch and no such attempt was made. Now it says maybe Thursday. This is ridiculous!
