Support/service is very fast,
We're never face any problem like server down, bugs etc... I recommend SharkHosting to my friend, i hope they also happy with SharkHosting too.

They had an offer 3£ for 3 years hosting.

I bought hosting in september 2020 using that offer, and now they want £8 pr year which I have to pay to get my site back online...

Its the same thing as if the Electronic store sents you a bill because the television you bought is no longer discounted...

They cant offer any discount or something like that I just have to pay or loose my already paid hosting

I highly recommend dealing with this company, the support is fast and helps you until the problem is resolved even though it is out of their service

Terrible hosting, after being with them for about a year or so, the support is unbelievable.

1. There is no Live 24/7 Chat (Needs to be taken down stating this on the site)
2. It says fast support (Umm believe me it is not)

There is no re assurance or faith in this outfit at all, I am not sure who the new owners really are (As of August 2021)

I have moved all my sites away to another host

I have hosted several domains from shark hosting. From last month every time server down not reached. Raise the token not really help they webchat help no worth at all

Generally, a chaotic and disorganised website host. As you can probably imagine given their relatively low-price point, they are a reseller, of Stablepoint to be precise. Sad as it is you often get what you pay for, and this is one such occasion.

Harsh as it may sound, its unnecessary stress from beginning to end with Shark... Clunky website, poorly maintained (yet often referred to) knowledgebase and constant networking and configuration changes... Sometimes with little or no notice. Personally, for me, the last point is a biggie. This has left sites and services offline or not working correctly on more than one occasion, requiring immediate or short-term remedial effort to get things standing up again and thoroughly tested.

Combine these points with generally poor communication... When there is notice of a change it often provides little notice, an ultimatum, or focuses on the mid/long-term benefits to the business, rather than the client right now... So, it is all rather messy.

It is always good practice of course, but do make sure you properly read the product-specific terms and conditions if registering, as there is at least one service offered which is essentially useless when you marry it up to its Ts & Cs.

The one-man-band that is Chris at Shark Hosting / Net87 / Chick Host etc is decent in fairness if you read this line again and take it in context alongside the price.

If you, your company, group or organisation *need* service dependability, technical support with real answers and that is 24/7, or general calmness and peace of mind I respectfully recommend trying elsewhere. If your operation is small and reasonably happy with 'cheap and cheerful' then Shark Hosting may well work out fine for you.

this is a fraud company i paid for 3 year plan and now they have cut to 1 year which is a loss to me
and even not paying my referral comission since 3 month i requested 5 times always says pending check
any compnay pay comission every month
and not they are not payin me my hard earned comission
please people avoid there service i have 3 websites running of my clients all are cut short to 1 year and i have to pay extra money and move their sites to other hosting
these are scam money eater compnay

Shark hosting services are five star website uptime is reliable a device I would highly recommend.

I have had a site with these for sometime now and have never had any issues so I decided to try a bigger hosting package. A few moments of head scratching on my behalf but everything is explained and they have great customer support. In fact this is where they lead the field with help and support when you need it.
Within a short time everything has changed over and all sites running as before. First class hosting company

So far there's been nothing to squabble about, everything appears to have been resolved with moving servers, just one more to go and that will be the end of....

Over the years I have used a number of hosting providers but I can honestly say that the service I have received from Shark Hosting in unrivalled. Their hosting packages are probably unbeatable and the technical support is beyond excellent. I'm sorry if I sound like a bit of a fanboy but honestly, Shark Hosting is top notch and have saved me on a number of occasions. Well done guys, 10/10.

Yet again Shark have shown why I rate them so highly. Recently I wanted to create a 'staging' clone of my WP site to use for testing proposed changes safely. Online research indicated that it could be done using Softaculous. Logging into my cPanel I saw that the latter's 'staging' option wasn't greyed out, and I went through the procedure. It failed immediately.
Since there's no code to inspect AFAICT, nor debugging facility available likewise, I contacted Shark support for assistance. The first responder had no idea and referred the trouble ticket to their second line, the Shark devs. They too had no idea and contacted the Softaculous team themselves.
After some time the explanation emerged that Softaculous haven't implemented that feature yet. Having established that it can't be done with Softaculous, Shark technical support then offered guidance and suggestions about how, and with what, it could. Shark are the best!
