No support. No Guarantee for data. Account inactive after 3 months
I have been using sharkhosting from past 3 months, during this time i didnt faced any issues & a little downtime(negligible).
All of sudden, my domain account got inactive and im not able to get even the backups of my domain.
Most worst support, i had raised support ticket but no response. Sent mails but no single response from support team.
These guys simply ruined my domain and my valuable data,when i login to sharkhosting, getting a message "This account no longer active".
No single option is working, no invoices/payment data showing in the client area. all the options were just displaying home page only.
With all these happened to me, cant i say its a fake hosting site.

Pleasant experience
I had several questions about setting up new and existing domains (I brought 2 existing domains over from Arvixe and created 3 more through SharkHosting). All support tickets were responded to quickly, a couple in a manner of minutes. The Knowledge base answers any other questions I may have. The whole setup experience was pleasant. Although I am in the US and they are in the UK I was set me up with servers in NYC. Sites are very fast as is email. Highly Recommend!

Web hosting has changed in the last couple of years with many low cost providers entering the market. My reason for sticking with my host was the excellent support, but recently moved one website to Shark. Their cost is very low, includes SSL and backup. But their support has been outstanding, personal service and quick response. I am now migrating all my other sites to Shark. Highly recommended!
