I've had a number of hosting services over the years, but over the past 2 years, Sharkhosting has gone above and beyond to help with any issue (only really had one, and they promptly fixed this)

I have been with Sharkhosting since they started and have always received exceptional service. Always very fast and very professional assistance, I would certainly recommend Sharkhosting to friends and family, quality service at an unbelievable price.

Very bad, because I'm offline for some time & now they block my domain or hosting I don't even know why.

I've got 4 (low traffic) websites on Shark. £6/yr unlimited cloud.
They all work fine, never had any problems, apart from slightly slow FTP uploads sometimes.
Setup is very quick. Control panel has everything you need.
It's great value for money.

Worst Hosting Company I have come across with.

I have purchased a hosting package few months back, 2 months things go very well and performance was good until 2 weeks ago a complaint came in, they dont even ask me remove that content and suspend my account it took main 5 days to get my website up again, and yesterday same thing happened but this time they gone even far and made it nightmare, now they have banned my IP Check screenshot (h t t p s : / / pr n t . s c / u d j q 7 x) Remove spaces

I've been with Shark Hosting for around 2 years and have purchased several products from them. I've found their support to be very helpful and generally very quick to respond. So far I've not had any problems with them.
It's your choice but I'd highly recommend them.

To a lay person it was a bit confusing knowing what I needed to do (I was transferring from another host) but the support team were most helpful in guiding me.

I’m sure the negative reviews are either fake or competitors or very unlucky customers.

I’ve only recently joined these guys, I was looking for an old hosting I was with also named shark something when I stumbled across these guys. The prices attracted me so I thought let’s give it a try then. I opted for the £12 a year hosting not the cheaper £6. But so far I’m very impressed and if all goes well I will bring more of my lower traffic sites to sharkhosting.

Haven’t spoken to customer services yet because everything has worked as it should, no problems so far whatsoever.

I hope you guys stay true and keep offering cheap hosting, the potential to grow is huge, many cheap hosting companies start becoming more and more expensive. The world needs a good cheap host for a long time and you’ll get many more customers like myself.

Hopefully the year goes as well as the first few weeks and I will 100% renew with these guys.

Chatting with him? I just call him is best friend! But with reply closing is just lost my trust about your company.

Excellent service and very affordable price

I first read about SharkHosting in a series of comments about hosting sites. I was taking a WordPress workshop and went thru all the process of building a site. I really liked the deal I got from them, the technical aspects, the follow up I got by email and how quickly they solved my doubts through customer service. Good job, guys.
