I'm really disappointed i really believe strongly that these 5 stars reviews are fake because its just not coincide with the bad experience iam having with Sharkhosting overloaded servers and losing host connexion frequently, i contacted the customer service ( Chris ) i must admit he answered quickly but seems that he takes the issue personally instead of professionally, you cannot say to your customer if you not happy go away find something else acting like that your company wont survive long trust me, i know Chris is the CEO and the Customer service and the engineer he is doing everything by himself he wont be able to manage this way for long , i really dont advise this Host you will regret it quickly
forgot to mention because i complained they shut down my website which is not fair at all

Well, my needs are not great, I didn't need anything big or spectacular. But all the so-called free hosting services seemed to have too many limitations. I decided to go with a paid hosting service - and the cost of a SharkHosting account is less per YEAR than I had been paying each MONTH elsewhere.

So far, I've delved into a few of the facilities, tried installing and using various software such as Wordpress or a photo gallery, as well as configuring the DNS for my own domain. Everything seems to work pretty well

I wanted to use my domain with an external email provider (for encrypted email). The DNS settings did cause me a little trouble to begin with, but it is all set up and working just fine now.

One point which may be relevant to some. I'm in the UK and the server for my hosted site apparently is in Singapore. That is fine for my needs, no problem.

So far, I've not had to call on the support team - I like to figure things out for myself first - so can't comment on the support.

Overall, highly recommended, SharkHosting gives a great deal for very modest cost.

Bouht websites through ebay for insane prices just couldnt resist and expected it too be terrible for the price to be honest. But too my amazement been the complete polar opposite! The site and c panel is great very colourful and user friendly with a very easy clearly laid out c panel.Easy to find all your domains listed etc

I would like to review and share my experience of European server hosting services, because I actually as a web admin like to move there, move here, either because of the location of the server, server provider, and because of the server specifications, but more often in Singapore and America. And currently finding and trying out European server hosting services.

I at their service also very often move the location of the server, even 2 of my services move their server locations just to feel the sensation even though it is actually troublesome for them, but they are very happy to help without being charged extra fees. But now I have found the right server.

Incidentally, I also attach the number of servers they manage, so many servers on Shared Hosting and Cloud Hosting, and some VPS, and Adult Hosting Services. Because the target of their company for small and medium businesses.

Only now I am giving a review of reviews about the SharkHosting company, after 8 months with European hosting services, SharkHosting is a self-service hosting server provider company based in London, UK and has been operating for more than 5 years, and they have a variety of server locations including United States of America, United Kingdom, Germany and Singapore means international connections with strategic locations.

Founded in 2015, Shark Hosting is a website hosting provider based in London. A relatively new company, Shark Hosting provides services to customers in more than 90 countries.

By having a variety of server locations and very affordable prices, before I didn't believe there was a hosting service that was so cheap like this. The price of Cloud Hosting is only around £ 15 for hosting a 3-year active period or $ 16-17 or around 200 thousand for the price of active hosting for the next 3 years with a very high quality server in my opinion because they state the server specifications on the page about on their official website .

I see their international connections are so good and abundant and they provide unlimited bandwidth, both in terms of speed of access time to first byte (TTFB) that is so fast even though the location in Germany, with so certainly speed up loading web pages and Google really likes websites that Server response is fast and not slow.

The site I am using the SharkHosting .co.uk service is https:// terbitfilm. com and https:// xxiku.com using Cloud Hosting services that I review using a server connection using Multi Location Server, Cluster, Cpanel, NginX Web Server, Redis, Bolt Cache, 9.54 TB SSD Disk, 9.54 TB Bandwidth, 2 GB RAM, PHP 7.4, Imunify360 Security, Etc.

Although their services are so cheap, their quality and service are so professional, supported by a fast, 24-hour online help service, either via online chat or sending tickets.

I've been with SharkHosting for one month and would absolutely recommend them. Everything has gone smoothly and I've had very quick replies to any issues raised. There's been no downtime on the server and overall I'm very impressed.

Im customer since 3 days ago, but all i can say is that this is a very good hosting. I was looking for a new host for my webshop, because my old webshop was really slow and i decided to look for a new hosting company. The prices are extreme low and the customer service is very fast in responding time. Keep up the good work.

I have been with them for over two years and I appraise them as an AVERAGE hosting provider with a VERY GOOD price-value ratio. Here's why:

* Quick setup, as with most. You are not offered a technical subdomain; instead, you are asked to enter your actual domain name. If you enter it, it will stay pointed to the home directory and you won't be able to retarget it to a subdirectory of your choice. Advice: better enter a fake (nonexistent) domain when setting up your account (exept for 1-domain hosting plans, naturally).
* Actual hosting for virtually all of their new accounts since late 2018 is with Hetzner in GERMANY. It's fairly reliable, but don't expect great pings in the UK. Just average. You may want to use Cloudflare, via a cPanel plugin, or another caching CDN. [UPDATE: They have been rotating through different hosting providers in different countries, each time with little to no notice, and thus unexpected downtime until you realised you need to update DNS records. Highly unprofessional.]
* Support does exist (unlike with OVH for instance) and is fairly competent. Takes a couple of hours to get a reply, though.
* Sometimes, IP blocking kicks in, but searching for relevant entries in cPanel or Member Area will be in vain - such blocks don't seem to be recorded there. Just change your IP address or contact Support.
* Communication is BAD. They once decided to move servers overnight, which involved an IP change (this was when they moved to cheaper Hetzner from a much faster UK-based hosting). You would be naive to think they would notify you by email in advance. Unless you enabled website monitoring, you learned that your website was offline only when customers started calling you. And even then you needed to open a support ticket to learn about IP change.
* Same for other account problems. You don't get emails.

Summing up: Shark is definitely an option to consider for a non-demanding, non-mission-critical website. But if your needs are higher, there are more reliable (albeit more expensive) options out there.

Price seems too good to be true but everything going great so far. 1 week in and Very impressed so hope it stays that way 😊.
Update: 1 month in now still everything great and no downtime from my knowledge. I've now brought another hosting package for another website
