Think again before buying from this company. I purchased an Adley 6x8 apex shed, but it actually came from Mercia Garden Products. When it arrived, nails sticking out of overlaps. Covered in wood knots that will drop out when they shrink. Cross members under the floor are already warped. Lousy Customer Service, no help at all. There is a company called Adley but apparently nothing to do with these people. All they want to do is sell sheds but they are not interested in the condition that they arrive in. 10 yr guarantee against rot ! They’ll fall apart before that.

I got lots of help from James the sales manager, answered all my questions, going above and beyond

Fantastic customer experience - Wendy Shepard deserves a special mention for making it quick and easy to order, book a delivery slot and answer all my questions. There were a few bits missing from the delivery (mainly screws) so we had to buy a few extra bits. Wendy sorted us out being refunded for all of this though.

What a great company to deal with. There was a problem with an item I ordered so, contact was made, pictures sent by email, as requested. The next working day I received a message from Ben G, Sales and Customer Service Executive. Ben has sorted out the problem quickly, efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. This level of customer service would encourage me to use this company again!

Customer service was spot on, smooth order and delivery, there were some issues with the modular shed kit i ordered that meant i had to put a lot of work into putting right some manufacturing defects and bad tolerances, but this was swiftly resolved by Wendy Shepherd at Sixty support, email responses were fast and professional and we came to a solution very quickly, and payment made back to me very quickly as well. Thanks Wendy for helping me so promptly with the matter.

I ordered a shed online on Sunday. Because of the payment method, my billing address was pulled through for the delivery address. I immediately emailed to explain and provide the correct delivery address. By 11am on Monday, the following day, my delivery address had been changed and I’d received a personal email confirmation. Excellent customer service, thank you Wendy and co!

We’ve had a few issues with the shed purchased and communication has been a bit patchy. The fitting team(names my hubby can’t remember!) were great. Did an amazing job, really prompt/quick and just generally nice guys

Purchased a shed in July 2004 which was assembled correctly using the materials supplied. Unfortunately the roofing felt has already failed, allowing water to leak into the shed and causing damp and mould on the inside roof and upper panels.
I contacted customer services several times and initially received replies, but after explaining the issue and referencing the premature failure of the roof covering, communication stopped and my last emails have gone unanswered.
Disappointing experience so far as a shed roof should last significantly longer than this, especially when the product is sold with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee. I would appreciate the company contacting me to resolve the issue.

Not bought my shed yet so can’t comment on product but did email the company with a few questions which were answered very swiftly and informatively by James. Will be buying a shed in next few days so will update my review once it’s arrived and up.

Ordering was easy but it took along time for the order to be dispatched called customer service and a very helpfully Gentleman called Ben sorted this out for me and I received the order within 3 days Thank you Ben

Metal shed 6 x 4 very poor materials and terrible instructions, compete waste of money, no refund went in the bin

Both James and Wendy have been very helpful. Having been given the wrong measurements they took back the original order to allow a replacement order of the right size.
Delivery (and collection) has been very straight forward.
Looking forward to receiving shed 2 next week.

I was looking for some certification for some of the previous items we had ordered, and wendy was extremely helpful and quick in her responses.

Our past communications with this company has also been great would reccomend!!
