AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I wish there was a way to give no stars!
I am a new customer to this site and was hesitant about placing an order (for two dresses) but thought I’d try anyway. I did so - only one dress arrived which I am now in the process of returning! I’m still awaiting the other delivery (order number given above). When I use the tracker, it shows that the order is still waiting to be shipped from Hong Kong (since 4 August) with no indication of when this will be shipped for delivery. I’ve now started the returns process and will be closing my account. Please ensure I am fully refunded.

Beware of handling charges!!

Please if you are going to purchase off SHEIN beware of the handling charges, I wasn’t aware of this and SHEIN have deducted like £33, I have been trying since yesterday to get through to them. I get told to raise a ticket no one gets back to me. The live chat is so rubbish always says their too busy and try again I’ve been trying all day! Customer service is shocking! Stay away!
