Hi, after using the trial version for a month I purchasing the software.
I had some technical problems downloading the software which someone helped me with to over come.
Find the software quiet good to use. How ever not all options are there from the prefixed drop down list that I would want to use. I work in a industrial/railway environment.

I am sorry that you have not had a good experience with your licence or with our support. Our support service is indeed internet based and we do not provide direct telephone support. However, we do strive to provide high quality and speedy support service to our customers, albeit not of a synchronous nature.
I have reviewed our response times for your account and I hope you don't mind me noting the response times here to give some context for other readers as I believe that we have indeed provided a good level of responsiveness in the support that you received.
You recently had two sets of support questions, the first of which was resolved in the same afternoon that you made contact and which three emails you sent received responses within the following times: 1 hour and 35 minutes, 5 minutes, and 2 hours and 30 minutes.
For your second support question, both of your emails from you arrived during the evening at 8:30 pm and 11:30 pm and both received a reply from us promptly at 8:00 am the following mornings.
