Shoes are perfect and your company sent them very quickly. Unfortunately the same can't be said of Parcel Force who failed to deliver on original day and then also failed to deliver on requested day. I do now have my shoes and am delighted with them.

I ordered these shoes for my dad who has dementia and struggles with sore feet and adequate support. They are very soft and comfortable and well worth the cost but for me it was the customer service which stood out. I emailed with a query and received a very helpful response within two hours.

purchased a pair of Joya Mens Moscow Zip Black Shoes from ShoeMed for £176.58 (Order #SM39925). Given the premium price tag, you expect a high-quality product. Instead, the structural stitching completely failed, and the zipper tape has torn entirely away from the leather upper panel, making them unwearable.
Worse than the poor manufacturing is ShoeMed's non-existent customer service. I have reached out regarding the fault and the official manufacturing warranty, and they are completely ignoring my emails. Unacceptable behavior for an orthopedic footwear retailer. I will be initiating a credit card chargeback with my bank. Avoid this retailer if you expect any form of aftercare.

This is a great company. It was recommended to me and I must say the products and customer service is superb. You can actually speak to a human by phone! Wonderful! Delivery was by the service requested and delivered spot on time. Highly recommended!
