Poor service
Ordered new mobile phone on 1/12/24 order still says processing on 4/12/24. No way to speak to anyone about it only email. Sent email no reply. Shocking service. AVOID.
EE'k !!!!
EE'k ! I had to create an EE account in order to buy a VR headset, which included giving personal info. Then, got sent an email day later from spurious email address pertaining to be from EE, asking for copy of passport, driving licence or utility bill to proceed with payment. So spent that day and night worrying and stressing over whether I had been scammed. Couldn't ring or email or contact EE store in any way! So cancelled. Nightmare!
Everyone helpful
I have always found everyone who works in the shop to be extremely helpful with a very good knowledge base.
This was particularly so when having to switch from BT to EE and a mistake was made by BT with a SIM card.It took several days to be sorted but each time I had to revisit the shop I was greeted with smiles and help, even though it wasn’t their fault that the mistake was made.

Go to any other problem related to the subscription, etc. and the EE employees make you certain offers and insist until you accept and fall into their trap. They are made to do this because many of the people are vulnerable, have certain health problems and for small offers that these charlatans know how to describe, some of us accept and later realize that it is just a scam. They don't take into account that you already have two subscriptions and make you some fake offers just to increase their profit. When my EE contract expires I will consider Vodafone. They are much more fair and possibly less charlatans. I read who was EE in the past and it has a bad reputation. A character from the past who bought EE sold the personal data of many EE customers to the Metropolitan Police. Because of this, the past reputation of EE cannot be changed and I find that because of this, EE employees have such behavior with customers.

I would give a zero if I had the chance I went into the ee store in Chelmsford the advisors would not acknowledge me no customer service and I went into this store three times for advice about a mobile device. The advisor I had was called Lewis he was very rude and didn’t speak much or advise me about anything it was just silent the whole time. It was very awkward. I wouldn’t recommend this store or the colleagues in here they are not friendly at all.
Bullies .. it gives them a power fix
I’ve been a loyal customer for 40 years .. And I needed to make an International transaction .. which they stopped for no real reason .. and have blocked my account .. the transaction is now not required because I had no alternative but to go elsewhere.. they won’t release my account because they enjoy the power fix of being BULLY BOYS

EE is the worse network you can ever think of using… I made an order online for the new iphone, the next day I got an email that it’s been cancelled without any reason.. I called them multiple times and not one single person had any idea what they were saying… The service is very frustrating. Please don’t ever use EE if you value your peace of mind.
Rip Off!…
Took sons phone in for an appointment today - sat down & first thing I was is it was prob going to cost me around £200!- they didn’t even know if it was just a problem with the battery and was advised to upgrade 😡
Walked up the Rd to Foneworld took phone in & it was the charging port - sorted in 15 mins and charged £30- I am disgusted with EE - my son is disabled and I am his carer so can’t work .He relies heavily on his phone as he can’t get out , so to have a diagnostic estimate of that price is shameful- shop around -or walk a few yards up the rd .

Waited in doorway for 10 minutes with no help offered said to my wife I had noticed some staff who had finished advising customers disappear through rear door if store! We were then told to stop being rude by one of the staff who had overheard us!
My wife after a thirty minute wait went to find out why we hadn’t at least been asked to take a seat and told someone will be with you in such and such a time.
We have been customers for many years and never been treated like that!!
Received a dirty meta quest 3
I received a quest 3 - customer return unit today and I was very disappointed to find that I have been provided with a dirty unit. There was hair and dandruff on the unit. This is a very poor experience. At a minimum you should clean the item before you put QC passed on it.

Be careful when you buying goods from EE shop, I bought a PS portal from EE shop, when the parcel arrived, I notice the seal already broken, that indicates to me it someone already open it. It could be EE dispatch team open to check the content, or it could be return goods and resell it again. But in the website it never mention of it. So I want to return the parcel, and because the item it not faulty, and they will not cover the cost of postage.
So beware of them, let again before buying goods from them.
Wimbledon Store
Went into the Wimbledon store to upgrade one of my contracts but due to a mistake on their behalf my address hadn't been updated correctly the previous time I was in the store was told it would take 24 hours to update and I could come back after that if I still wanted the item. Wasted 45 mins of my time with no apologies for the inconvenience so left the store and cancelled the contract instead.
Enfield branch
Enfield branch: beware of buying a 30 day travel sim as EE continue to charge for it after the 30 days!
We bought the limited travel sim last year for a two week holiday in Spain.
At no time were we told to call on return to cancel it or were we sent an email asking if we wished to continue this. EE continued to take the additional money each month . To add insult to
Injury the sim did not even work and we had to spend hours of one day with EE connecting to a local network.
EE have not offered to refund these additional payments saying they roll

After visiting Enfield branch again , they have reimbursed most of the money on our account each month. The assistants in the shop were very helpful and polite. The manager does not have such a good customer manner

Returned a handset I wasn’t happy with and the female manager there was really arrogant and she really wasn’t happy me returning it even though I’m legally allowed to under the 14 day cooling off period. She took the phone gave me no receipt to say they had took it just said “10 days it will be off your account” guess what still not off my account so I tried calling the store and they just do not answer ever! I tried calling probably 15-20 times over a 3 day period! Absolutely useless stay away!
EE Guildford shop
EE Guildford shop. Ordered a watch as gift for my son at the shop. I kept calling (when they actually answered) and going into the shop and it was ever there, kept being told ' 'Call back this afternoon when our deliveries are due'. This happened daily until I called the main EE tech team who then told me it hadn't been ordered. Back in the EE shop, not even an apology. Terrible customer service, will use Amazon in future.
Awful customer experience (EE Bolton)
Booked a repair via the Apple website for the EE store at Bolton. The store staff are extremely rude and arrogant and inferred that there was nothing wrong with my phone (I would not have travelled 20 miles if this was the case). One member of staff went on to wipe the mobile phone and despite me requesting the data was backed up, he went on to skip the back up, advising me that "it doesn't do anything". I decided to come away from the shop with my phone and book directly with Apple - a completely different experience all together.

Wee visit to the Motherwell store today to ask a few questions. Obviously got the new guy, who initially seemed ok; but when I was explaining to him the problem he became quite rude in his manner, snapping at me that the charges are there so basically deal with it. Not a good start .
Other members of staff are pleasent and chatty.

My new phone was mess and nothing worked so EE online tested it and told me to take it to a shop. The Westfield shop in Shepherd Bush was the most convenient so I took it there. They took my phone in, returned it to factory settings and gave it back to me saying there was nothing wrong with it. They didn't save anything on the phone so they lost my data, my photographs, some of my apps and functionality. They had the phone for 20 minutes. EE online provides excellent service and that is the only reason to stay with EE, but if your phone goes wrong, go to the manufacturer. EE really don't give a damn about you and will just make your problems worse.
