Tottenham Court Road Branch
This has to be the worst EE store in the UK.
We had the misfortune of being "served" by Labib this afternoon who's sheer lack of both social skills and product knowledge were truly outstanding.
The atmosphere in the shop was also awful. Very unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. I definitely wouldn't recommend going to this branch.

Harry was very helpful and did all the hardwork for me. He is a great asset to your firm. This is the Tiverton Devon EE shop.
Birmingham bullring store fed me real bull
Went to store in Birmingham bullring to get my phone repaired as I'd booked a repair appointment online. Waited half hour to be told that my appointment wasn't really an appointment, the engineer wanted to go home and wouldn't be inspecting my phone and that I should pop in another day. I'm a bit confused - what's the point of having an online appointments system. Also, I was asked to pay £230 up front but they couldn't guarantee that the part was in stock and I might have to wait for 3 days to have my phone back. What???
Clayton Square Liverpool EE allowed my…
Clayton Square Liverpool EE allowed my ex partner to take out a phone contract in my name! Absolute scammers and liars in this store. Even when investigated lied and said it was a female that took out the phone contract when it was a male. Left me paying nearly £100 a month for a phone that I have never even set eyes on.
They delivered the item I ordered
They delivered the item I ordered, all was well.
But they have not started spamming me with marketing emails, saying "Hi xxxxx, thanks for signing up". But I didn't sign up!
Don't these dumb companies realise, if every product I bought whether its shoes, make up, kitchenware etc came with follow up marketing emails, I'd have 100's of emails a day!
Go away EE

Hove store: Unhelpful and rude staff who scam and try to take your money when you haven't purchased anything!
About a month ago, a member of staff from the George Street, Hove store came into my workplace and told us that EE were doing a one-day-only special offer where you could get up to £200 off a phone.
On my lunch break, I went to the store and asked for more information. It all seemed quite strange, I wasn't given any information to read and the staff were not clear about the exact saving. Since my lunch break was short, I had to be quick. I chose an iPhone 12, however, I was not told the full price of it, or given any contract options, all I was told was that it would be £41 a month for 2 years. I was not given any price breakdown or other details. I had to return to my shift so left my number with the store while they did a credit check to see if I would be eligible.
The guy texted me to say my application was successful and that I could pop in after I finished my shift to sign the paperwork. Once my shift was over, I finally had a chance to calculate how much the total cost of the phone would be and think it through a bit more. I decided I no longer wanted to proceed.
I called him and asked him to cancel my iPhone 12 order while I thought about it some more. He said that's fine, and that there was a 14 day cancellation period.
However, a few weeks later, I received a "first bill" letter from EE, saying that I owed EE money. The contents of the letter did not make sense, as it said I owed EE £41 but also said I owed £161. I brought the letter back into the store and asked to speak to a member of staff. Someone came to speak to me after half an hour and already knew what my name was, which I found very bizarre as it was almost like they were expecting me. This man told me that the phone had been sent back and cancelled as I had requested. He was rude and spoke to me in a patronising manner.
A few weeks later, I received a threatening and intimidating "final warning" letter which said that I was in breach of my contract with EE, even though I never received or signed a contract, and that my details would be passed to a debt collection agency if I didn't pay them even though I never used any EE services.
I phoned up EE and spoke to someone who explained that only the store could deal with it but that he would leave a note on my file telling them to cancel everything.
I went back to the store, and showed the letter to the guy, who showed it to his manager. All he said when he came back was that they had cancelled everything but that he would take a photo of my letter and escalate it. I didn't trust him as this store had repeatedly lied to me and never provided me with anything in writing. I pointed out the intimidating nature of the letter, and asked him to make sure my details did not get passed to a debt collection agency as I didn't owe EE anything. He was unhelpful and just said "we don't deal with that", and didn't provide me with any details of anyone who could help. I told him that the person I spoke to on the phone had told me that only the store could deal with this situation, but he just brushed it off. He wasn't friendly with me and just kept repeating "we cancelled it".
I then left the store and phoned up EE again, and the lady I spoke to confirmed that my account had been cancelled, but that it was "only done yesterday" (which would have been Friday 3rd May). The Hove store had been telling me they had cancelled it for weeks, so they completely lied to me, and, had the EE representative that I spoke to on the phone not left the note on my file, I doubt they would have deleted the account at all.
I feel as though I have been scammed by the Hove store, the whole thing seemed very suspicious and the customer service was terrible. The staff members' behaviour was strange and the whole situation was sketchy. I have heard that others have had issues with the Hove store too, and am very disappointed with my experience.

Visited EE shop Pyramid Centre to request EE stop sending me messages threatening action if I don't return the hub. I returned the hub back in March. I took a copy.of their final account plus a copy of the post Office return receipt. The member of staff was particularly unhelpful and proceeded to wave my receipt at me and said it was going straight in the shredder. Now I have further irrefutable evidence why I left EE. Their staff need to learn manners and be more understanding.
Abdul- Windsor Store
Went there with a friend to sort out a contract. (Windsor shop) met a guy called Abdul. He was a super guy to deal with. Sorted my friends contract for him - explained everything to him in detail as he had a stroke last year and wasn't able to understand some detail. Abdul was great with him. He needs a pay rise!!!
Horrible people
Booked an appointment and went into the EE shop in Wakefield a few weeks ago hoping to get a broadband contract.
We were told we couldn’t be seen at the time we booked because they were busy. We came back after 30 mins as they’d said they’d see us there.
We had to wait 45 mins and eventually the manager Josh Blakemore came out . He said he was going in the back and would only be a few minutes . He disappeared and didn’t come back . I asked a colleague to go find him.
After a few minutes she came back out laughing and said that he was praying.
I know someone who works for EE and knows the staff there. They told me he regularly goes in the back room and plays on the PS5.
Needless to say I won’t be touching EE with a 20 foot sh#tty barge pole in the future.
Rude customer service
Went in to EE in Peterborough about getting a SIM only contract and Paul was very rude to me - felt like I was being talked down to the entire time! Will be going elsewhere.
New SIM card rep’s Passport or Driving License ID
I required a new replacement SIM card. They required passport and/or driving license as id. I have neither. NIGHTMARE. Zero stars on TrustPilot and Facebook.
Not very helpful
Called to discuss by Bill and possible contract renewal.. customer service very unhelpful
Racist store and manager
Awful store .. European managers one named Pat is a racist and deserves to get sent back home to her country where she belongs. Cheating people of their money and giving £120 tablets on 24 month contracts is a disgrace. They pressure you to say Yes and when you come back to say No you cheated me they act like they do not know you.

Shah was excellent - thank you!
Thank you EE
I visited about a problem with my phone to the Grimsby shop. It was sorted by a young man from the N.East, think his name was Tom. He asked about my Broadband Package and said they could do it cheaper. He explained clearly and said I could take information and let them know later, which is what I normally do. I decided to set it up then as he was genuine. I am very glad I did as it has saved me approximately £50 a month. I have full fibre broadband and a lot of TV Channels and a phone line. I am very pleased
Awful experience..Customers be warned1
An awful experience at the online shop..be warned.
I bought a TV online before Xmas for my holiday let.
I opened it later after Xmas when the holiday restarted.
I found the TV had a shattered screen ....no damage to box but the TV useless.
The shop did not want to know! This attitude says it all, this is how they always behave with customer complaint for merchandise that is unfit for use on delivery .
People be warned they hide behind paperwork and one should be mindful purchasing anything from this group.
Dr. Slade
Excellent service.
Visited the Scarborough shop. Excellent customer service from assistant Kayleigh. Very patient with me - I'm not a tech whizz-kid by any stretch of the imagination. No hard sell - various options expalined. Managed a good reduction on my current BT broadband contarct.
