AWFUL COMPANY

Took my money for a pre-order well over a year ago. Item never arrived and they wont give me a refund. Avoid this site!

I placed a pre-sale order two years…

I placed a pre-sale order two years ago, they apologize that the company has not delivered the product (a year and a half repeating the same thing) which is a lie, since it has gone on sale in several stores, they do not want to return the product money, they are thieves not recommended at all

I could not give a zero

I could not give zero. Preordered a Wolverine for my kid over 18 months ago and have not received it. This was a reward for him. Emailed and called with no response. Thieves, that is what they are.

Shoppoponline/Shoppopflorida

Shoppoponline/shoppopflorida. Whomever they are. Never buy anything from them. I was doing b2b with them as I'm a new business owner just trying to expand my catalog and found them on a syncing site, saw they had a great selection on their b2b catalog. First few orders did get sent out was low dollar transactions. All did get sent out, slower than I expected but atleast I know they sent out the items.

Then I got a b2b order for a high dollar amount item and no update yet and it's been nearly a month. Of course I refunded the buyer and apologized. Decided to cut ties with this b2b supplier, sadly I lost $80 but this was a big lesson I learnt. The worse situation is this company could of damaged my business's reputation as I'm a fast processer and shipper for all my items, this supplier stressed me out too much and after seeing the other reviews, removed them off my synced catalog. Also gave them a bad review on the sync website so other b2b business's won't get conned like I did. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

You’ll never receive your items

You’ll never receive your items. I’m still waiting on Funko Pops going on 14 months. Preordered in August 2021 for December/January delivery. Once I noticed they were available at other stores, I reached out for a status update. Each time I reached out there were issues, no resolution. Items were on back order at least three of the times I inquired, or Funko is moving their warehouse, or only one is in stock but not the other… all they have to do is communicate that the other items aren’t going to be available in the foreseeable future and offer to replace with something in stock, or a full refund. I emailed in May and never heard back.
Buyer beware. This was my first and last order with the company.

Fraudulent company that took my money

Fraudulent company that took my preorder and money. Repeatedly disregarded my attempts at requesting a refund for a purchase over $100. They then went out of business selling/listing their property of business without fulfilling my order. I am now in a battle with my credit card company disputing this charge, and it may reflect negatively against me. Screw this fake company I hate them with a passion. I hope karma gets the best of them. Putting innocent customers through this that just want their items they paid for. It’s been almost a year since I ordered and they have failed to deliver anything to me. So messed up. Hate being treated like this as a paying customer.

Should be ZERO stars!

This company will steal your money and never look back. Placed an order with them and have had ZERO communication. I'm well outside coverage with my credit card so I'll never see the money back.

I made a pre-order online back in November and like others never received the product. Requested refund multiple times and once again never received a refund. They insisted if I canceled the order they couldn't fill they would charge me 20% for canceling. This is a scam do not order from them.

A fraudulent fly-by-night business. They take money and run, never to be heard from again.

A fraudulent business that takes money for pre-order items, does not fulfill the orders, and then refuses to respond to any customer communications. Stay as far away as you can. Ordered an item in August of 2021 that was due for release in Sept. '21. Never sent, and no communications. Finally got communications in February of 2022 after pursuing and messaging. Then nothing from that point on. They continue to market and advertise pre-ordering items, but do not return customer queries or messages. In another situation, they sent damaged items from an order from 2020, allowed me to enter a support ticket for replacements, and never followed up. In fact, they closed the ticket and called it resolved with no resolution or communications. Be careful if you plan on doing business with them.

They never shipped an order after 9 months and promised me a refund in March 2022 and still have not sent it or replied to follow up emails. The same owner (Garret) of ShopPopOnline.com has opened store front in Florida called Shop Pop Florida if you contact the store he states he is just an employee you need to contact the online store for any issues with them. Contact the Broward County Consumer Protection Division 954-519-1260 in Florida as they are an LLC in Ft Lauderdale to start filing fraud complaints is my only advice to get them to comply or be put out of business. Maybe a government agency with the power to levy fines or criminal charges will get them to honor there commitments.

Never again!

Pre-ordered some Funko soda cans in november 2021. Although all other US shops do have this item in Stock in the meantime, ShopPopONLINE says that it is still on its way. Neither do I get my items nor a full refund. Just wrote a report for the FTC.

"Preoder" not shipped after 1.5 years, refusing to refund full amount and still no refund

I placed a preorder for an item in late November 2020. On their site it said the item was expected to arrive in November. November came and went and the item didn't ship with no updates from the site. After waiting 10 months with no update and no package (now September 2021) I asked the company for a refund. The company replied stating that since my order was more than 48 hours old, it would be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. I replied that this did not seem fair given the expectation was set for the preorder to arrive later the same month I ordered it, and it was now 10 months later. I understand manufacturer delays happen but nearly a year later with 0 communications is beyond that point. I followed up 3 times with no response whatsoever from the company. At this point I had given up, maybe the order was still coming and I didn't want to lose 20% for no reason so I waited some more. Flash forward to March 2022, with still 0 communications or updates from this company. I asked once again for a refund, they told me once again it was subject to this 20% fee, knowing that if I pushed back I would just be ignored, I said if I had no other choice I would accept this fee as it was clear my order was never going to ship and I'd rather get at least some of my money back. It has now been 2 weeks since I requested this and the company has still not refunded my money, claiming it take 7-10 business days to process my cancellation because it is on the "cancel list", no doubt among many many other orders from this business. It is clear to me the business never had any intention of receiving the product they allowed me to preorder and will never fulfill that order, stay far away and find a business with more ethical practices unless you're ok with losing your money for nothing. I don't know if I'll ever even get that refund less the 20% they're still insisting on charging, but at this point it doesn't even matter.
