Don’t buy from SPO - big scam!
I pre-ordered from them in July 2020 and am still waiting for my items. I contacted them January 2022 to tell them to cancel the order and ask for a refund. They quickly replied back and said they would issue a full refund within 10 business days.
I waited a few weeks and never received the refund. I contacted them again and never received a response. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the case was closed today (03/09/2022) without a response from SPO.
