Don't buy anything from them

I purchased 6 masks 9/2/2021but I never received my order.I emailed them but they claimed they can’t find my order and that’s it .my credit card was charged that same day almost immediately after I placed the order .I tried calling their support phone number .No one answered and no one care to return your message.I have spent $95 and they just took your money. This is a really horrible way of conducting business. Don't t buy anything from them !!! SHAME ON YOU SPACE MASK !!!!

They stole my money

They stole my money. I added a 3pk to my cart, and added a 6pk later on because they had a discount on it, and before i could go to my cart to delete it they charged me for both. I didnt even confirm the purchase. I called their number and sent an email and no response. Stay away from these thieves.

Customer service fails in customer service.

I have contacted customer service several times as one of the masks in the pack of six was a different size than the rest of the pack. It has been a few months since my order, but the summer masks are first being used. Each time the response from customer service gave a reason for not replacing the wrong-sized mask that ignored the fact that it was different from all of the others in the pack. Life is too short for a tug of war with customer service. I will look elsewhere next time.

Not as good as they claim it to be

Not as good as they claim it to be. Just as difficult to breathe as cloth masks. Didn't notice any difference whatsoever. It is made of a nice soft material but other than that, it wasn't worth paying $19/each. Plus their policy is no returns only if you can prove hardship within 14 days of receipt. Must be unopened and they charge you a restocking fee on top of that. I regret buying $78 worth of this stuff.

Poor breathability, runs small

Very small, even for my sized face. Measured correctly. These are also the worst as far as breathability of all the various masks I and my friend have tried. I ordered these specifically because of all the reviews on reputable sites that said they were super breathable.

Masks lost in mail and ShopSpacemasks won't file a claim

These masks might be good, but I'll never know because they were lost in the mail. USPS advised me to have them submit a claim but they never responded to any of my emails once I asked them to file a claim. So, I'm out $200 and don't have the masks. If their customer support is reflective of their product quality, then don't waste your money.

Comfortable but broke and for $19 you would think not...

This is a very comfortable mask and I loved it until the metal nose piece snapped in the middle. When I contacted the company they said that the nose piece is thin and should not be bent repeatedly. Also, that they only have a 14-day warranty so I am out of luck and $19 plus I have given them as gifts. I only wore this mask about 10 times because I am working from home and taking care of an 88-year-old. I rarely go out and if so it is to doctor’s appointments or the grocery store. So, I was not bending my nose piece repeatedly. For $19 a piece, I would think they would at a minimum send me extra nose pieces (although I would have to cut the mask to put it in). I also discovered via email with the company that the masks are made in Vietnam but I did not get an answer as to where they are shipped from. Bottom line, I am very disappointed in this company. We are told to make sure our masks are fitting tightly. How does one do that without using the bendable nose piece? I will be looking for a different mask.

Bad customer service and horrible quality

*They wouldn't send me another mask they said it was wear and tear. If I only wore the mask for 5 minutes to get into my building and 5 minutes to leave my building. Maybe 1 time per week to get groceries how is that normal teat and tear for it to break less then a month later. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE for your mask. 20 dollars for a mask to break in one month is not worth the price and horrible customer service. Money is tight for most they are exploiting people and should be ashamed of themselves.

First they got my order wrong I ordered a small adult and large adult. They sent 2 small adults. I wrote them and they said there wasn't much different between the 2 sizes. I said I wanted what I ordered. They finally sent it. My mask broke not long after I bought it. I wrote them back explaining it broke. They said sorry they send another one. That was like one month ago or more. I asked them where it was. They said they are waiting for a picture of the broken mask. That's not what I was told. They said the below so I didn't notice or pay attention to any other emails.

Thanks for getting those over to us. I have requested the warehouse replace your broken item(s) with expedited shipping and you will receive that very soon! You will not receive a new tracking email because we are manually processing the replacement, if you would like to check back with us in 2 days, we will have that ready for you!

They want a picture of a broken mask and a picture of the plastic it came in..why would I have that?? That was thrown away because the email I received said they were sending me a new one. Horrible customer service. Like I'm trying to scam them out of one mask. Look elsewhere if you need a mask. It broke probably after 1 or 2 months. Horrible quality.

DO NOT TRUST THE "FAST SHIPPING" PROMISES

We ordered a bunch of masks 3 weeks ago and they STILL HAVE NOT SHIPPED THEM despite all their promises. Customer service replies with the same form email to every inquiry (3 times now). Space Mask generated shipping information, but never provided the shipment to the shipping company. DO NOT TRUST THE "FAST SHIPPING" PROMISES. If you want your masks soon, order elsewhere!

Exceptional mask!

It’s true that receiving the masks in the mail takes a bit of time, but it’s a pandemic and there is a huge increase in shipping especially as the holidays near. My experience with everyone I have interacted with has been very accommodating and polite. The masks are far superior to anything else I have tried. It’s an excellent product and if [as another post claimed] “the large size didn’t cover your face” consider an extra large if available? It’s worth it.

Now I'm happy.

I spent the last 2 weeks pretty pissed off with this company. I came here with all intentions of just dogging them out about my order. But I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since I loved my first masks. so they have this 50% off discount and I thought I ordered large but I received a 6 pack of small instead. At first they didn't respond to any emails I sent and I thought for sure they got me this time but then I saw I had the wrong email address. just in case for anyone that has trouble I reached them almost immediately at support@shopspacemask Their customer service manager Jessica emailed me proof that the mistake was on my side. So I went back and checked the email I got when I placed the order and she was right. I read the return policy and saw there was a fee to return and I told her I saw the policy but I asked if there was anything she can do. She showed empathy and understanding and approved an exchange. I did have to pay the $5.95 shipping fee, which was totally fair. It was my mistake and I take all fault for that. I got my new masks about 4 days ago and I couldn't be happier. I don't spend most of my time adjusting it like I had to with the medical paper ones you get from the hospital. I cycle 10 miles daily and it never makes me overly hot, it's comfy and I can breathe easily and it's not ugly. I'm happy how things were handled and I'll be back.

Very disappointed big gaps on side- waste of money

Bought a lot of these for my family. I was very, very disappointed that the sides gap. I contacted the company who said they would not take them back due to covid and they might be too big. I ordered the normal adult size and my face is small so I let that go. But my two sons have normal adult size faces and theirs gapped. I wasted a lot of money and am very disapointed.

DISAPPOINTED !!!

I should of know better than to believe all those reviews but I didn't and gave Space Mask a try and found it no better than all the rest I tried, Hard to breathe with the space mask, and even with the nose piece in place still fogs glasses, it's not light nor is it any better, Don't believe all they say about it and don't waste your hard-earned money on it

Too small for the average person…

Too small for the average person…

The mask is of good quality material and workmanship. However, they are very small even for an average size person. I ordered large size and it did not cover over my nose, nor fit well under my chin. Only buy for your child or if you have a small head.

You Should Rename Your Company "Retail Rapists"...

I spent over $100.00 for six space masks. I asked for SMALL. They sent me three LARGE and three small. Funny thing is, my receipt said six SMALL masks. Be aware that this company doesn't appear to have a phone number or chat option. I can't get a hold of anyone to either get a refund or just what I ALREADY PAID FOR. I did, however, get an auto-reply to my emails saying that they are "very busy." Well, so am I. And I decided to invest in Space Masks only to end up that much poorer and virtually ignored by Space Mask "Customer Service." With the USPS in turmoil and many disreputable companies out here, I am definitely not happy with my Space Mask experience. I lost my job due to the pandemic, but money or not, I still need to wear a mask. I trusted this company because of how they presented themselves. I should have read some reviews first! Now, I see that I am not the only one to have been ripped off. They got over $100.00 from me and even turned a nice profit by not properly filling my order. What I wouldn't give to have my money back so that I could have sufficient COVID-19 protection! I can't afford to give away money when I'm not making any! Beware! You've been warned.

Companies need to care

I liked the space mask well enough when I first purchased them awhile back and decided to purchase more when I learned about a special promotion. At the end of the purchase process, I was given an option to purchase 6 more at 50% discount. So I decided to purchase the added masks and clicked on the option. A few seconds later I received a confirmation of my second order and noticed that the added order was for adult smalls, not adult large which is what I had originally purchased. So I immediately emailed customer support as they do not offer an phone number to call. I explained the situation and asked to adjust the size of the second order to adult large. I then watched my inbox all day. At the end of the day I received a very succinct email and was told that my order had been processed and there was nothing they could do. They didn’t say the masks had shipped, only that it was in a processed queue. She didn’t offer any advise on how to resolve the problem or how I could return the masks that were the wrong size. I had to email back to ask if I could exchange them upon receipt. This time there was no delay in her reply to me. She simply quoted their return policies and said there would be a surcharge for the return and a surcharge for restocking the masks. She also advised that I had to adhere to their rules exactly or there would be further charges. I have not run into a company with an attitude like this in a long time. The customer service is nonexistent. This company clearly has no interest or ability in resolving issues or creating customer loyalty, or customer satisfaction. The support person came across as overworked and disinterested in assisting me. Since my experience, I read two more reviews lamenting this company’s inferior service. There masks are fine. I liked them but cannot work with a company that sends the message that they are to busy to assist their customers, to resolve issues that may arise. Fortunately there are other mask companies with quality masks as well. My experience is that other mask companies have more efficient websites (to avoid the issue I and others have experienced) and value their customers.

This is a nice face mask however I…

This is a nice face mask however I ordered the wrong size, small adult, and it dies not stay on when I talk. Make sure you order the right size-confusing considering different manufacturers sizes. Not returnable! So be careful.

Unreasonable return policy

Unreasonable return policy! Too expensive! Beware! Buy elsewhere! Would not recommend. I purchase 6 adult size masks when all they had were adult size. I paid 98 dollars. Because the adult size after wearing would become loose, several months later, I decided to buy 6 more masks. Now they offered adult small size so I thought this size would work better. So I ordered 6 masks adult small size and I paid their expensive price again, 98.00 dollars. I would add they claimed I would get 5% off my purchase but when I checked out, they did not apply the 5%. When the masks arrived I follow their written instructions on the package which are to wash before you wear. I then tried one mask and it was too small! Adult small size is really child size! I asked if they would take them back and give me 50.00 worth or in exchange for the 6 masks I bought, they would give me 3 adult size. I explained why I purchased the small adult size. Their head customer service said no refunds period if you take out of package. With all the scare tactics they use to get you to buy more masks and at 19.00 per mask, I think they are very unreasonable with their return policy especially because there is really no way of knowing how well their masks fit unless you take it out of package and try it on. For the price they charge and all the money they keep making by scaring the public into buying more with their contant emails and alledged interest in protecting the public, they should have more reasonable return policies. Very disappointed with how they handled my request for a reasonable solution.
