We replied to you via email and refunded your order. Unfortunately, we can only put the address on the label and it's up to the carrier to deliver. It's really beyond us why they won't deliver, and especially frustrating that our relationship with a custom is ruined over it.

Turn around time was not as stated on site. Tracking was clunky. Item arrived well packaged and the quality of the print was very nice. I will use them in future, just know that shipping may not be as stated on the site.

While we are unable to give you an accurate shipping time, mostly because USPS is wildly inconsistent, we do tell you what our production time turnaround is, and that is selected during the checkout process. We have a 1 day product and 3 day production.

Excellent quality and were able to work with files that I was worried weren't high enough resolution. It took a little more time than I thought it would to receive the work, but worth it for their printing.

This company has been wonderful to work with! All my posters looked great, came on heavy duty poster paper, made and shipped quickly, and not to mention didn’t break my budget! My package was packed carefully and sent without any damage, unlike other companies I’ve used. The quality of the printing is absolutely wonderful. I can promise I’m going to be a repeat customer!

A jewel of the Midwest…
I think Shortrunposters is a great printing Company. I live in New York City and I am an artist.
I can say, that judging from my experience, I find the quality of Printing comparable to what I find at home.
I use the service for printing posters and my only wish is that company would be able to make large 20 x 30“ glossy prints.

Good, but not great
The ordering process was pretty easy and I think they had good pricing. I was pleased with most of the posters I ordered, but a few of them had some imperfections that were disappointing. There are some random black marks on 3, and since the posters are white, it is noticeable.
