I am so glad you got in touch here because I can see that you have not contacted our help desk with your query.
I am very sorry to hear that you have not received your order. After looking into this I can see that your t-shirts were ordered on the 23rd December, but with Christmas closures affecting production they were dispatched on the 6th January by a tracked service. Delivery to New Zealand normally takes 14 - 21 business days.
Our customers’ happiness is very important to us and so if you have not received your order by the 4th February please contact our dedicated customer support team at service@pushmerchandising.com and they will be happy to help you further.

Blatantly lied about dispatch date and tried to blame Royal Mail.
Paid £3.99 for UK 48 hour tracked post. Item arrived 6 days late (taking into account bank holidays)
Would have accepted admission of error but do not tolerate passing blame.
Trust has gone for me. Wouldn't use again.

Many thanks for getting in touch.
We received your order on the 18th December - sadly too late for a guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery, as detailed on the website.
Your order was marked as ready for Royal Mail collection on the 22nd December. The 22nd was a Sunday, so it would have actually shipped out on Monday 23rd December, which was the next working day. Perhaps this is where the confusion over the delivery date occurred? If so, please accept our sincere apologies for that.
Your order was delivered on the 4th January, a little later than the usual Royal Mail Tracked 48 transit times of 2 - 3 business days, but we have to expect that during busy times.

Cannot fault" Shot Dead" good service great shirts.
Ordered 6 tshirts well before xmas , as they had not arrived by17 th Dec I contacted shot dead and had a reply to say they were despatched on 10th but Royal Mail had not started delivery proceedure but they would be delivered by Xmas. Shot dead had to be contacted again on21st and was told RoyalMail promised delivery on 23rd. Shirts arrived on 23rd, shirts were as ordered, well packaged, and of very good quality. I cannot fault ShotDead, and thank Shena in the customer service department for chasing my order . I will be ordering other items in the future.
