In fact, that's the extra giggle you get when you give Shot Dead in the Head - the anticipation of the reaction from folk who 'get it'.

'What a difference a Dave makes' T-shirt
I was given one of these T-shirts as a Christmas present last year. It was much admired by another Dave who is in the same tenpin bowling team, so I ordered one for him. It arrived in time for the last match before the Christmas break. We wore them this week and the T-shirts obviously inspired us as we thrashed the top team in our league.
