The manager at the Pen Centre location sent me an email to let me know they were ready in addition to having the notifications from the package tracker. A nice personal touch. When I arrived at the store he was very welcoming and made sure the shoes fit me properly. All together a nice transaction. I'm very happy with my shoes.
