Purchased am item from them on Amazon…

Purchased am item from them on Amazon to which DPD screwed up the delivery. I contacted this company to explain what had happened and asked for some help as I wanted the item still. After two days I got a brief reply stating the were sending my money back. I immediately replied that Indont want a reply and that I wanted the item still.This message went unanswered and they just sent my money back.. Poor customer service really.

Unfortunately i received 1/100 items i ordered, i reached out to customer service and was told there are issues in the warehouse and that a replacement will be sent. A week later nothing and no refund, i've been ignored and 100 items are still missing. quite sad as this has been a company i've used for years. Not anymore

heat pess from signzworld

Ordered a heat press from the signzworld on friday for saturday delivery by dpd, i waited in all day saturday it did not come. I had to wait to monday to phone them to see how come i did not get my delivery on saturday, the staff from signzworld where very sorry about the delivery not coming on saturday they said it was all ready to go, but dpd let them down for not picking them up. I can have it delivery tuesday so i said can i come and pick my order it up as i needed it asp, as I was 2hrs away they said yes i can come and collect my order. i was ten mimutes away from them and i had a courtesy call from them to see where i was. When i got there the staff was very sorry for what happened about the delivery. They said they was going reimburse for the delivery for saturday and they said as i good will gesture they give me a free gift for what happed. I can not praise them enough for a good service will be ordering again .

Just read the other reviews!!!!

An absolute farce of a company. I'm over 2 weeks in from ordering. It took them a week to tell me the product is out if stock, which we accept these things happen. We're now a further week down and they've not processed the refund. Emails have so far went ignored.

Second time ordering and the same process has happened twice. If the refund was processed in a timely manner then we'd have left it with a poor review.

The worst company I've ever dealt with

Where to start? I ordered 50, they sent 14. I had to get in touch with them because they didn't give me any explanation for it. When they decided to get back in touch with me, they said they were out of stock and would send the 36 owed soon. Instead they sent 40 of a different product. More emails followed. They then sent 50 - hooray! - but they sent the wrong colour. I had to send these back before they would send me the correct ones. They then sent me a package that was damaged, which had been placed in a Royal Mail damaged pouch and there was only 47. I left it there. It was the closest I got to my order. The entire process took 2 AND A HALF MONTHS!! This is without doubt one of the, if not THE, worst company I have ever ordered from. They get no more of my business.

Bad quality sublimation coasters

I bought some glass sublimation coasters and out of 8 packs of 4 (32 coasters on total 12 are of bad quality and cannot be used.
You get what you pay for unfortunately, so I will not be buying from this company again 😔

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Took my money for 2 orders, didn't send one order. Sent the other one completely wrong, these were £1100 orders. Phone ignored, every email ignored. Finally got through to someone who said they would collect the wrong tumblers. Guess what, I'm stuck with them and they still have my money!!

Dishonest business

I bought a dog crate from them and it wasn't as described. Despite getting authorisation for a return and refund and sending proof of a return, they have refused to refund!!
I would avoid using such a dishonest company!!

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY…

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!! Almost always they send wrong items and do everything they can to not exchange for the correct ones. The last time I bought something from them, I bought 10 pieces with a star cut and they sent me… snowflake cut. I didn't complain because the items were just intended for a print and quality test and the cut was irrelevant. Then I decided to buy 500 units of the item, but I ended up opting for the snow flake cut because I concluded that it would be easier to use my designs. This time they sent me… 130 stars and 370 snowflakes. This time I contacted them to make the exchange and immediately I received an automatic confirmation email and a processing number. But the main problem starts here. THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES NOT EXIST. They only answer you once a week (usually on Monday). This means that IT TOOK 3 WEEKS TO SEND ME THE CORRECT ITEMS and I was out of stock for 3 weeks !!!

Customer service is non-existent! Staff are incredibly rude laughing at the fact that I am losing out on £260 of my hard earned money absolutely disgusting !!
I wish I read the reviews on this company before ordering it seems everyone has the same issue!
Do not buy from this company my machine went faulty within 6 months and didn’t respond to my emails and then dragged out there responses to get out of the warranties.I sent my machine back for repair and they damaged it in house then sent replacement which was also damaged so I asked for a full refund like I am entitled to and was offered a new machine with no warranty and are now ignoring all emails!!!! AVOID!!!!!

Signzworld - appalling avoid

I placed an order in June. The order had to be returned. I had to phone them over 6 times just to receive a return post label. Once returned having waited well over a month for said label. I heard nothing. Phoned again and was told they had received the order and would put in a request for a refund. The order was for £69.99. I received an e mail asking me for my PayPal account, which I might add I never used when making said purchase. Today I was paid £28. I again had to phone their office and ask why I had not received all the monies I was owed. Was told they would look into it and phone me back. I won't hold my breath as I was assured on several occasions I would get a call back and did not. Countless emails sent by myself yet still it has not been sorted out. To say it has been infuriating is an under statement, utterly appalling service if you can call it a service. I would avoid this company at all costs. Absolutely awful.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I ordered a treadmill off amazon and it has been hands down the worst experience, i ordered the wrong thing i was told to send back tracked and they would reimburse the postage, there's two ladies on the service desk that just seem to be on different planets when it comes to communication. One of them telling me I can have a refund for my postage and gave me a email to send postage too the other telling me I can't have a refund. It's actually mental the attitude of the staff, rude and just simply the worst customer service. I'm now waiting for my refund and postage!

wrong item sent

ordered a pedestal fan and was sent a table fan. Was then sent a returns label which meant they expected me to pay the return postage. Eventually got through to them on the phone and they agreed to send a prepaid returns label, that was 2 weeks ago. They are a rubbish company with no idea of customer service. DO NOT WHATEVER YOU DO PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
