Simba Matelas 

I ordered this mattress, expected to receive it on Tuesday and still bed of two days later as of this review. I could not find the voice customer service number and the email customer service number sent me a standard form letter apology and a promise to take action yet there is still no mattress at my door. I’m extremely unimpressed with the shambolic customer service and ineffective delivery service.

Reply to Simba: I’m sorry but I fundamentally disagree with your reply. We pay a lot of money to specialist delivery companies like dhl and we should be holding them to account when they are late. You as the owner of that supplier relationship should be doing more than providing empty apologies to your customers and compensating them accordingly. The impact of dhl being late means someone is sleeping on the floor and wrenching their back. For the record it is day three and still no mattress. I don’t think your supplier is as high quality as you claim and your flippant response accepting their incompetence is not appropriate.

Very good delivery service. The mattress is very comfortable and my husband and I like different types of mattress but the Simba suits us both. Would recommend

First class service. First class mattress, very comfortable, supports 2 people
well without disturbing either. Adds height to the bed which helps when changing sheets. Would certainly recommend to friends and family. Good value for money compared with other makes.

I sent an e-mail when I received my pillow stating that it had not been sent with sufficent filling. I was offered extra filling for a further 10 euros but I replied that as this item was brand new, it should have been provided with sufficient filling, especially as the YouTube reviews I had watched appeared to have had more filling than I had received. They immediately advised me they would send me additional filling for free and it arrived a couple of days later. Now the pillow is everything it was promised in the reviews and advertising.

I bought the pillow, not the mattress. It's comfortable and raises your head in a tenable position when you are lying flat on your back, but the cubes can actually be felt.

The pillow is quite lumpy. The micro-fibre bits are large and they make it uncomfortable. The pillow has to be shaped every night to make it work. I'm a bit disappointed.

Fine initially but now slopes to one side. It’s as though it’s failed on one side
A lot of money was spent on this king size matters and I expected a lot more use out of it than I’ve gotten
Please do your homework before you purchase one.
I’ve scored it two stars as it was a decent mattresses until it gave way. Now it feels like I’m sleeping on a slope.
