Very annoying that you must almost every day update the app. After 3 weeks I was completely fed up with it.

Poor customer service, scam/fraudulent app. Card deposit disappeared and customer service confirmed receipt and promised to credit in 10 minutes, later promised in 30 minutes and it has been weeks now but guess what? They are no longer responding to both in app chat and emails. So please if you want your peace avoid them. They are the most unreliable institution I've ever seen or heard of, based on my experience with them they are scammers.

I chose the 9.95 option for a trial to see how it was. I received a welcome email and to download a few books to read. The next thing I know they sent me a bill for an additional 35.00 for the books. Had I known in advance that they were going to charge me, I wouldn't have downloaded the books. I wrote to them and they told me that because I downloaded the books I can't get my money back. I don't care if people give it a great review, I will not. They are crooks plain and simple.

It’s a bad app, I registered yesterday, verify my account and I tried to fund my card it didn’t go through just keep failing transaction then I tried to send my coin to an external wallet and it keeps failing, they scam people of there money.

I was receiving a transfer and my EUR account got disabled by their partners. The support is very very slow and don’t answers correctly to my questions. I had balance of over 1240€ which i don’t know where they are now. Chat is telling me that my balance is 0€ but the app is still showing the funds. Can’t do anything. Since 1 month they are telling me ” At the moment, we are still waiting for a response from our partner regarding your request. This process can take some time, but we will update you the very moment we hear back. Thank you for your patience!“ They use 3rd party iban providers and can’t handle fast request. I am waiting for my refund .

Great service! I especially like the support for direct card top-ups without fees, as well as IBAN and card-to-card transfers.

The only downside for me is that all transactions within my country are considered 'international,' and therefore a 2.5% fee is charged on each. However, for someone based in the EU, it won't be an issue.

I am a customer based in France.

I transferred €1,500 via Revolut to Unlimint EU Ltd. The funds were blocked without clear justification.

After several exchanges, I was asked to sign an account closure / return form containing a clause stating that I would have “no further claim to these monies” in order to recover my own funds.

I cannot accept to waive my legal rights just to receive money that belongs to me.

I am fully cooperative and only request the unconditional return of my funds to the originating Revolut account, in compliance with EU regulations.

I am still waiting for a compliant solution.

I will update this review once the matter is resolved.

You are a stupid company that should not exist. You block normal people's accounts, drag your feet, demand documents, and ultimately delete accounts even if everything is fine. Long responses from support, inadequate attitude, vague verification and blocking times, long verification of a single document, and so on for each one, they can't request everything at once, and after each one they request more and more, and in the end, when you've provided all the documents, they drag their feet and then delete your account even though you've proven everything officially and legally. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE SUPPORT, TERRIBLE SYSTEM FUNCTIONALITY.

I had verified my simple account at first then purchase crypto. I trade on pocket option when i got my withdraw from pocket option. I had to reverify my account and they did not accept my bank statement as proof of income now my account is suspended and i am yet to hear from customer care 3 days now. My 301usdt i withdraw from pocket option is still on it. They suspend my account so i cannot withdraw it. Worst app ever i recommend binance,htx,paxful. They dont suspend account for foolishness. Customer service is ver very poor. It seems they answer when them feel like. Be carefull while using this app. Suspicious👀
