You can't cancel an order once they have your credit card
I ordered a product the second week of August. A week later the product had not shipped yet so I started trying to contact them to cancel my order. I attempted to contact them via phone and email and got no answers and no responses to the request to cancel my order. They sent me an email a month later and said what I ordered wasn't available and could they substitute. I said no please cancel my order. I did not receive a response. I got another email saying my order was about to ship in November. Again I asked them not to ship but it was ignored. After it shipped I did get a guy on the phone who told me he would issue a credit. Never happened. Then I called back and they asked me to return the merch and when they received it they would issue a credit. I didn't believe them so I just dropped it. I knew I'd pay for shipping and be out another 10 dollars. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.

Terrible company! Don't buy here! I ordered in August, and a week later canceled the order. They responded "ok". I asked for a receipt - crickets. Fast forward to Nov 2. They sent me a noice that my item had shipped! What? I had cancelled the order months prior and no longer lived at the address they were shipping to. I called and was promised a refund. Guess what? No refund. Finally just called my credit card company to charge back their charge. What a hassle. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

I placed my order on 8/3/21. The site says you will receive your items no less than 15 days unless otherwise contacted. I've called them "many" times at all times of their call times, which 11-6 EST , and no one answers the call. So, I emailed them, as they suggested when no one answers your call, no response! I do believe they took my money without a second thought!

On March 4, 2021, I ordered a few items that to this day (September 11, 2021) I have never received the goods or a refund of my money.
They are the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. DO NOT order from them, they just steal your money.

If I could leave them zero stars, I would. Ordered from them, they were paid by PayPal and never received item. They never answer the phone. I emailed like they say because you can't leave a voicemail, finally answered email saying item is out of stock and I could get a refund. Said yes, that is fine and please send acknowledgement of cancellation and refund please. No answer, no product, no refund. I would NEVER order from them again.

I should have known when they charged my credit card upon placing the order vs shipping. It’s now been 10 weeks and the item is “out of stock”. In the mean time I ordered the same item from Amazon and it arrived in 3 days! STAY AWAY from this company!!!

I ordered a mop July 9th. It is now August 11. Have not heard a word. When I try to call they say all lines are busy. I sent an email asking them to cancel order. Did this a few times. No response. Do they exist, except to take your money. DO NOT use this company.

Im having the same experience, I ordered June 13th and have yet to receive or get a hold of anyone. Ive tried several times to call and have sent emails- very frustrating
Waste of money from a phony company
I placed an order on June 6th, 2021. My experience is not different from all the others who have attempted to order from this "company." I tried calling their number on and off over the course of a month. Different days, different times. Didn't matter No one EVER answers the phone and you are not able to leave a message. Try finding them on Google Maps. There is NO STORE front. After they replied to my emails informing me that of the 4 different products I ordered they all were out of stock I requested on two separate occasions that they cancel the order and refund my money. I then disputed the charge with my credit card company. They decided to ship the items instead. About 6 weeks after I placed the order I received 3 of the 4 items and 2 of them were a bait and switch. The pictures on their site are of a completely different brand. You can even read the brand name on the pictures they have on their site. There was a shipping receipt that showed I would receive a refund for the item they did not ship. I suppose that is going to take another 6 weeks. At this point I do not want the items and have requested them to send me a prepaid label and I would be more than happy to send them back in about 6 weeks.
Don't be in a hurry. At all.
I placed my order on June 27th and just received it on July 22. Just prior to my order, I sent an email confirming that the product was in stock. They responded a few days later stating that it was in stock. Why it took over a month to get an item that was in stock is beyond me. They (probably just one person) doesn't answer the phone. It just rings and gives you a "try again later" message without being able to leave a message.
Once shipped, the product arrived in a timely manner. ONCE it was shipped.
All that being said; NEVER AGAIN.
I'm just as forgiving as the next person, but when you don't respond to messages or answer the phone... NEVER AGAIN.
Also, check the BBB. No positives there either.
Terrible Service & Attitude
I’ve been waiting a month for my stuff and when I contacted customer service via email they were snots who acted like it wasn’t even possible that the order could be lost or anything of that sort. They were quite rude. I’ll never even look at their website again.

I will NEVER buy from this company again, Nor would I recommend them! They are SLOW, Customer Service Sucks! They Never answer the phone, Nor can any messages be left. They are Very Very Lucky my case was not turned over too the New York State Office of the Attorney General to get them involved. This company is a scam
My experience is the same as most. Ordered an item, received the "out of stock" email and never heard from them. I emailed several times, first trying to get a date when I could expect my order, followed by request to cancel my order and credit my Paypal. I tried calling their customer service number, either busy signal or a recording followed by a disconnect.
Do not order anything from this site, you'll end up being frustrated and disappointed.
