Never received item and inquiries ignored
Ordered an item January 31. Got an email saying it wasn’t in stock yet. Never received any responses from a phone call or multiple emails over 2 months. Just filed a dispute with PayPal. Rarely do I feel ripped off with an online transaction but I got burned this time

Do not buy from this seller! But if you're crazy enough to be sure to use PayPal. 56 days after making a purchase, for which I never received my items, I finally received a refund because I escalated the claim with PayPal. The PayPal resolution center processed the refund and only after the case was closed and money back in my account did I finally hear back from simplygoodstuff that my order was cancelled - HA. All direct emails went unanswered and phone calls never got through to a person. These people are either scammers or have the absolute worst customer service ever.

I would give them zero stars if that were possible. DO NIT PURCHASE FROM THEM, EVER! I placed an order for one item on Dec 26th. I got one email saying it was in the process of being shipped but it never arrived. Trying to call customer service was useless — just a recorded message every time. Emails were either not returned or just said it was “in process”. I finally did receive my item on Feb 19th, only after I placed and escalated a claim thru PayPal. I am so thankful I used PayPal for this purchase so that I had an avenue to pursue my delivery. Otherwise I’m pretty sure simplygoodstuff would have taken my money and never shipped my item.

"out of stock" email and never heard from them.
I emailed several times, first trying to get a date when I could expect my order, followed by request to cancel my order and credit my form of payment. I tried calling their customer service number, either busy signal or a recording followed by a disconnect.
Do not order anything from this site, you'll end up being frustrated and disappointed.

DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I order something in August, they back-ordered it, so I canceled the order. They never processed my refund and, in October decided to send the item. I refused the shipment through the USPS and filed a dispute with Paypal to get my refund, but PayPal settled for the shipper because they provided proof of shipping. So, I'm out the money and the product. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Ordered a item 6/28/20 and retuned it 7/23/20 they received it 8/3/20. I have requested a refund FOUR times and have NOTHING from them. So make sure you want your item before your order.
Not happy
I ordered an item that I had also found on Amazon, but it was less expensive at SGS. Ordering was simple and felt impressed with their system. Then a few days later I got an email apologizing that the order would be delayed. They were sure to include that the order was being processed for shipping, then qualified this with the fact that the order can't be canceled once it is being processed for shipping. Clever! It has been three weeks and no word or update from the company. I then searched the company and found out that the Better Business Bureau has had many complaints regarding extremely delayed shipping or no receipt at all of items. I think I've been scammed. I

They are scammers
They are scammers, don’t buy. Like the reviewer below I ordered a mop and no, they won’t reply to your emails or phone calls and no, you won’t receive your product. They are under investigation by the FTC.
If I could give this zero stars......
If I could give this zero stars, I would. I ordered a mop from Simply Good Stuff and it took two months to receive it. I tried calling them several times and NEVER got an answer. They don’t even have a voice mail. I read reviews on them (unfortunately) after I put in my order, and all the reviews are bad. They don’t respond to emails either. This company is very shady. I would highly suggest you stay away from them. Oh.... and the mop isn’t even that great.
