However when the parcel leaves our warehouse it is put on a 24hr- 48hr delivery service and left in the responsibility of the courier provider. Bad value for one bag of bites £14.99

I ordered what I thought was six boxes of salted caramel bites, but only got one box, so that ONE box cost me £14.99, really bad value. A whole box of bars £11.99, which is better value, but £14.99 for bag of small bites. I would not have ordered one bag for £14.99. Unclear advertising. Feel duped!

Disappointed.

Disappointed.
Previously the syrups, chocolate and salted caramel were lovely, good consistency and flavour.
However... Since they were unavailable for some time and now in stock, it's clear that the recipe has changed.
The chocolate I haven't tried since as still unavailable but the salted caramel flavour is entirely different and it now comes out of the bottle like water!
So disappointed!
The service itself on the website very good though, delivery prompt and tracking good.
Just a shame the syrup has changed, previously would have been 4/5stars

Shocking

Shocking, placed an order well over a month ago and still not had anything. Emailed yesterday to say just cancel the order and today I get asked how my experience has been.

No communication to advise either way if my order cancelled or not. Really poor service.

Not impressed

Does anyone know how to contact this company?
I've placed an order which hasn't arrived.
I've tried to contact them with no answer back.
I've also called, no answer and voicemail is full so can't leave a voice mail.
I've even messaged them on voicemail.
I want to know when my order will be dispatched or delivered??
It was supposed to arrive last week...

Don’t waste your money never arrived

Order never arrived. Got an email to say they didn’t have any stock. I have repeatedly sent emails to ask for a full refund but these have went unanswered. This wasn’t a small order either. Having to go through my bank now to try get my money back. Please don’t get scammed and use another company that actually has the stock that’s advertised on the website. Update. Got an email to say it was one item not in stock that was holding up my order if I could pick an alternative I could have my order sent out that day on a 24 hour delivery. That was three days ago now and still ignoring emails. Don’t know how other reviewers are saying items arrived very quickly. Must be employees of the company

Ordered 2 weeks ago, have been in being ‘processed’ all that time. Despite numerous emails , messages no response. Tried phoning and received a message after 5 minutes waiting saying the inbox is full.
Disappointed at lack of response especially when clearly capable of replying to customers on here.

Improved communication much needed

I ordered my delivery on the 28th of June and no sign and no email regarding dispatch, only confirmation of the order.A week passed and I sent an email directly and also a message to their Facebook page enquiring as to my delivery. Neither were responded to. I followed this over the course of the next week and a half with at least another two emails, none of which were responded to whatsoever and my order still saying "processing" on their page. Fast forward to Monday 18th July and I was literally just about to start a case with PayPal and one of their customer service team called and said that they had been waiting on some of their bars coming into stock and were struggling to get, thus the delay and did I want to have some sauces instead. I said I did not as not my preference and to just refund me the missing items. To be honest if the items were unavailable and such a delay would occur, I would much rather have been contacted and given this option sooner, as I felt like I was being completely ignored for nearly 3 weeks. To give him his due though the gentleman was very pleasant and accomodating and promised my items would be sent on a 24 hour delivery. True to his word the parcel appeared the following day, well packaged (although I did initially think they and sent me a load of skinny sweet chilli sauces as many of my items were packed in boxes labelled as such). HOWEVER I was missing another item that was not mentioned on the previous day, rather a large one, and emailed to say this would also need refunding alongside the other missing items. No response. I emailed again today admittedly more than a bit miffed and was contacted later to say the refund for all missing items had indeed been processed and indeed it had. Will I be ordering from Skinnydips again? No unfortunately not. I wanted to have a good experience as the products are not bad at all (when available) and the fast-tracked delivery worked well once set in motion, but the lack of communication, long delays in delivery without updates or communication at the time and errors in the delivery itself just left a bad taste. Plus I see from the reviews here that although some customers have brilliant experiences, mine is not uncommon in the slightest and therefore would not be at all confident that this is a one off. Also the replies to such reviews are often pretty generic in nature, don't really address the issues raised and again, don't bode well for building confidence that the issues are actually being looked at properly. Such a shame.
