Slow delivery

Delivery took more then 3 times longer than it says on the website. There were no updates at all as to why it was delayed. I emailed to cancel the order due to the delay and got no reply but funnily enough my order turned up pretty much the next working day. Clear they forgot the order. If I'd received any response with an apology or even an acknowledgement of the mistake/poor service I would be less bothered about it.

Very disappointed with service

Very disappointed with service! No communication as to when order would be shipped as when checking account it was still saying processing 5 days after order placed when I contacted help services was told problem with website and order would be shipped soon but still 2 days later still showing processing! Order turns up day after that but left on doorstep and box open! All order was present but will definitely not be using Skinnydips again. Sorry.

Loved all the different stuff I’ve…

Loved all the different stuff I’ve ordered. One item was going to take a few days to be delivered to the warehouse, they made sure they emailed me this and kept me updated. Really good customer service. And a lovely variety of items.

Shocking customer services

Placed an order in May and I still haven’t received it, requested a refund twice and I’ve been ignored.

Order was quite late

Order was quite late, had call to chase up. Yodel delivery whilst tracked does not give you a time estimate so had to wait all day. Guy on Web chat said had to wait til 9pm it's an all day delivery.

Out of date product

I placed an order through this site for a few protein shakes and snacks, 10 days later my delivery still hadn't arrived and I contacted them to ask where this was, to be told that they had delays processing etc similar to reviews left. Over 15 days later my delivery arrived...Great! However after consuming one of the products I was sick.... strange! Anyway few days later consumed another again I was sick! Upon inspection of the date of use by for the product it was 25/04/2022!!! Nearly 3 months out of date, shocking that they even considered to send this out to consumers I mean is there no date checking that takes place before distribution?? I have complained to them but doubt they care.... all I will say is think twice about ordering as date checking is not top of their list and nor is jeopardising someone consuming this product.

Ordered my protein shakes on 7th June

Ordered my protein shakes on 7th June. Was told they would be delivered on 9th. Contacted them over a week later, and they told me they were having stock issues. And we're expecting a delivery in the next week. I waited over a week and was not contacted once. I had to get in contact with them twice to cancel my order. And nearly 2 weeks on I'm still waiting for my refund. Customer support is an actual disgrace. You have to contact them multiple times to even get an email. Will never use them again. Like I've said 3 times before can I have my refund !!!!!

Order not delivered

Ordered skinny whips on 8th June 22 and dispute contact with customer services on three occasions when they promised my order would be dispatched I am still waiting.

My order was delayed due to supplier…

My order was delayed due to supplier issues but I did get contacted by customer services to explain my order would be despatch and received by a certain date and they apologised for the inconvenience. The free sauces in the box were a nice surprise to.
