I have lost 37lbs on my meds from Skinny RX ! I have had no problems so far with anything except this month my meds didn't ship on time and my last bottle expired so I have no meds. I called and got no response however that was due to the time difference in my location! I can't lie I was panicking. I woke up to an email this morning saying they called me back. So I gave them a call and turns out my meds had not been sent due to me not filling out my check up ... I never received it. So she apologized and streamlined my checkup responses to the team so that they could get my meds in the mail.Assured me I was not going to be charged since I was charged already and said my meds would ship asap.I can't lie I was freaking out because I got online and read all the reviews because I was trying to figure out what was going on and why I was not getting my med updates and stuff because in almost 2 years my prescription has come perfect like clock work! It's literally been the best thing ever! So I hope I get my meds before Sunday so I can take them in time! I have to say that my rep was Fantastic she even made sure to push back my next med date since this one was delayed. I will say I hope receive my questionnaire and stuff next month so this does not keep occurring thinking about having to find more meds last minute was very stressful due to knowing you shouldn't stop this medication cold turkey. So I am greatful for the care I got today with Aira and hopefully skinnyrx does what they are supposed to and I get my meds in the next few days! Aira thanks for your help you are Fantastic!

Jimmabelle was the customer service rep. that took care of my needs and was very efficient at her job. I'm travelling out of state for a month and needed to change my address for that shipment. No problem, all done! She was great. I don't have any problems with this company and so far, I'm happy. I've lost 22 lbs. and am not done yet. Ok, I originally ordered a 6 month subscription for Tirzepatide back on 12/20/25 with the intent on starting in the new year. For context, I am early 40s, mom of 2 kids. Each year since my early 30s (and having kids) I've struggled to lose more than 20 lbs, no matter what I do. Changed my diet, exercise, fasts, more exercise, etc. 20 lbs is where I'd plateau and then slowly gain back. Hence trying the injections this time.
If it was properly dosed, it'd probably work. Wouldn't know. This company is a disaster.
I recieved my first dose shortly after I ordered (12/22/25) Great! Well...
Thankfully I started a few weeks after I initially received it, because my second dose just never shipped. When I reached out to customer service, they asked if I would like my medication to ship "early". Uh? No, assuming I had started it on time, I would've had a lapse. So they "expedited" my 2nd month dose at end of January. Except it came EMPTY. Like, empty empty. After 3 days of taking pictures of air in a vial, they said they'd send another dose and that it was an error from the pharmacy. Now I really did have a lapse, even considering I started later.
My second actual dose arrived on Feb 3, 2026.
Then my third dose. This time I knew to confirm ahead of time, which thankfully I checked in on. Somehow they had my next shipment date as 3/16/26- and again asked if I needed an "early refill". I reminded them that I had my 2nd dose 2/3 so 3/16 shipment is more like 6 weeks. It again was called "an oversight" but asked for my exact dosing and time of injection... which they should presumably have on record. Again was told they would expedite month 3, but that after this it should return to autoshipment after 28 days. 3rd month supply arrived the first week of March after some back and forth.
4th month dose arrived the last week of March.
By this point, I had hit a plateau in my weight again. I am working out 3-4 times a week, am eating high protein high fiber small meals on an intermittent fasting schedule with water fasts added in. 20 lbs down in 4 months. Which would be great, except I can do that on my own with no medication (usually in a shorter time, especially considering my calorie deficit). So I asked customer service if another medication would be helpful or a higher dose. I eventually got vague questions about my water intake and sleep habits. Then a notification that my Rx shipped. Same medication, same dose. No consultation. That was month 5, recieved today on 4/21/26.
Will I stick with the tirzepatide? No clue. Hopefully my final month at least shows up, since I paid in advance. Would I recommend Skinny Rx? Absolutely not. For the money, it is not worth chasing down the medication, and especially after the empty vial, I am not convinced they're sending what they're selling.
The ONLY reason its getting 2 stars is because, at least initially, the customer service was on point. Shout out to Ivy, she was very kind and helpful. That said, I still can't get anyone to respond to my messages from 2 weeks ago.

The tail wags the dog. Endless emails and in app chats and noth9eber gets corrected. They are great at accepting payment. After that there is a disconnect from customer service the MD and the entity.
Customer service is a ZERO, how can one trust a medication from this outfit if they refuse to communicate with a patient
