Customer service and products are…

Customer service and products are always on point. I wish there was a way to reward loyal customers (as I have purchased multiple items and referred multiple new customers). They also took away their only known coupon code this year :/

Care20

Of course, writing this before I can pay. Liked the prices and hoping to cash in on the Care20 code for 20% off - that didn't work on the website. We'll see if they follow through and take it off at time of payment.

First time ordering

First time ordering. Strange to be writing a review before the whole process of ordering is complete. So far so good. Struggling a bit to change my billing address since it is different from delivery address. Paying is confusing, but it’s probably just me

Good customer communication

I initially had issues with ordering. But the customer service was so kind to explain in detail the ordering issues actually come from export and import issues of the countries I wanted to ship to.
