I ordered some air freshener's at short notice and the customer service team helped my get my order on a short dead line. When product arrived they look and smell excellent. I would recommend and use the company again.

Ordered 250 fresheners, just as a trial, and they arrived on time in perfect condition. The communication was absolutely brilliant so will be ordering again in the near future.

I have ordered from this compay twice now and on both occasions they have been fantastic. Jacob is very professional and repsonds very quickly to every e-mail I have sent. On the second order I completed there was a slight concern from me and once I raised this with Jacob and he didnt hesitate to resolve it immediately!!

I have no hesitations at all in recommending this company. I did quite a bit of research beforehand and could not find a better price. We had a small order and no clear design from the outset. But Jacob seemed to know right away what was needed and in fact his interpretation of our concept was better than we had envisioned ourselves. The customer service was extraordinary, emails were answered within minutes, even after hours and Jacob was very professional and patient as the order was delayed on our end and we made last minute changes. And as we are a charity, Jacob very generously increased the quantity without extra charge, for which we are very grateful.

They were the first company I phoned for a quote. After I spoke to Jacob I didn't ring anyone else. He was so helpful. They sent me a sample that I got the very next day and they designed and suggested better options for our company air fresheners. Really great product and I will definitely recommend and use them again.

I was put onto CustomFresheners by a friend who had used their services and I wasn't disappointed.

Dealing with Jacob was easy from start to finish. There was never a point when I felt like I wasn't getting the customer service I needed. Kept me up to date on a daily basis and the end result was fantastic.
