I had a terrible experience with Soccer…

I had a terrible experience with Soccer Sixes. They scammed us out of our money and failed to deliver on their promises. The service was unprofessional, and it seemed like they didn't care about their customers at all. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable service. Save your money and look elsewhere!

DO NOT JOIN what so ever!

DO NOT JOIN what so ever!

League is extremely poorly ran, league manager is ignorant and main goal is to take as much money as possible from you, he will ignore every request you have and as soon as you want to leave the league (gave him 3 weeks notice what again was ignored) he will rather than try and resolve any issues, threaten you with “ICON collections” and take you to court. Pure scare tactics to keep people in the league.

Seasons start and begin whenever they want and you always end up just playing the same team every week, hence why my players got bored didn’t want to play and we decided to leave, what was faced with the threats I’ve stated above.

If anyone wants screenshots of this please let me know and I will be more than happy to showcase this.

DO NOT USE this scam of a company as you will be trapped, paying match fees for aslong as they can get away

Tuesday, Frome league

Had a great time participating in the Frome Tuesday league. Communication was always excellent between the league and myself, the referees were also spot on.

COMPLETE JOKE OF A COMPANY

COMPLETE JOKE OF A COMPANY - incredibly badly league run by Lewis Floyd. No idea of how long the leagues run for, are totally obstructive when it comes to leaving the league. They essentially leave you in the dark until you are automatically signed up for another season they then tack on another two games (in complete contradiction to their own t&c’s). Have informed the FA and the venue to hopefully get this scam stopped. Constantly threatening legal action - which never comes because frankly they don’t have a leg to stand on. DO NOT TOUCH SOCCER SIXES WITH A BARGE POLE!

Joke company

Joke company. Threatened to take me to court for saying I didn’t want to play anymore (this was 2 years ago now) asked them plenty of times to delete my info as I keep getting texts asking to play. Tried calling the number no answer. But then get a text saying “sorry I missed your how can I help” to then not answer again. Still getting texts. Have opened up a case against these clowns for multiple GDPR breaches.

You’re all scammers and a joke.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - 0 STARS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do yourself a massive favour and do not register a team and please do not tarnish your venue's reputation by hosting six a side games for this horrendous company.

My two boys 18 and 16 signed up with their friends to play every Sunday. Had to leave the league due to injuries, notifed the "league manager" well in advance of the season end, who indicated clearly that they would have to pay for the remaining 5 games before they could leave or they would be passed to debt collectors. Agreed to pay for the remining 5 games and all payments were made in good faith.

Inexplicably when the 5 weeks passed they received further whatsapp messages from the same 'league manager' stating that they needed to pay for 2 additional games and threatening legal action. 18 year old kids details apparently being passed to debt collectors after having paid up in full.

Company is a scam

Company is a scam. if you plan on leaving they’ll make up that the season goes on for however long they like to try and rinse you dry of money. fake trustpilot reviews says it all. threaten and intimidate people to pay more money than they owe. if you or anyone you know is thinking about joining DONT, you will be forced into paying an amount they seem to make up out of a random number generator. Awful communication, after emailing 4 or 5 different email addresses complaining i’ve had no response. Don’t think they’ve actually took anyone to court so i imagine it’s just a threat.

Steer clear

Steer clear. My son and his friends joined and they're an awful organisation. The lads range from 17 to 18 year olds some of which were getting phone calls in 6th form demanding payments and telling
Them they'll take them to
Court if they don't pay up. They have paid what they owe. However it's very unprofessionally managed. I have also contacted the FA regarding this.

Tom at Falmouth Soccer Sixes…

Tom at Falmouth has been an absolute pleasure to communicate with, it’s been great to have the opportunity to play with our sons over the past season in the Falmouth Monday night league. Tom and his team have been very welcoming and the entire setup has been professional, well organised and fun to be a part of. Thank you. Paul

Read this honest review before committing

Where do we begin... So, joined the Wednesday Derby league in April by texting a League Manager called 'Lewis'. We asked specifically before we joined to be placed in the 2nd league, the lower division, as we are a new team without experience and we want play a season together to get to know each other. I got told by Lewis specifically that 'yeah thats ok mate'. All was well, fast forward to game day and we get the text asking us to play and confirm, we confirmed we can play but after the game we noticed that we had been placed in the 1st division. Upon questioning Lewis about this, he eventually got back to me after the second time i asked him and he responded by basically saying there wasn't a second division, which at the time on their website there clearly was. So he probably knew this and lied to us and didn't tell us to get us to sign up. 1st red flag. Anyway, we play our games every week and play but notice the pitches are not half sized pitches.. they are less than a quarter sized, for £42 a game, what a joke right? i beg to wonder how much of % this company makes from charging ridiculous prices for small inadequate games, of which we are promised 40 minute games, but because the refereeing is so subpar (and they're sometimes late) they only las 30 mins! Oh and also, the refs know some of the players in the league so they're biased towards them teams 🤷 but what can you do when there is no quality controlling... After all of this tomfoolery and exploiting we decided we don't want to play next season. So i message Lewis to ask when does the next season start because the website shows everyone on 0 games (to us, meaning its a new season) and we don't want to play next season. He hits us with 'they're just updating the website, there's 2 games left' to which i said ok we will play them but we don't want to be a part of next season (Giving my 2 weeks notice as per their terms and conditions). it got to monday this week and Lewis texts asking if we can play because we are scheduled. I told him, but we gave the 2 weeks notice and don't want to play the new season. He goes 'you need to wait for a replacement before you can leave' which is weird because their T's & C's state if you give 2 weeks notice before the start of the new season you can leave. And now Lewis has texted back to say we havent written to head office to give written notice to leave. But again their T's & C's state we have to give written notice to the 'League Manager' 2 weeks before the start of the new season, which again we did. Whats even worse is i actually emailed their company 1 and a half weeks ago to ask when the league ends and i got no reply, terrible communication. This company is awful, no quality control, referees (which apparently are FA trained) don't officiate properly (vaping, using phones, being biased, not making themselves heard (quiet) for instructions when fouls are given, etc), league manager never replies (they only text you when they want money so you have to double or triple text to get answers), games don't last as long as they state (should be 40 but it's 30), £42 for less than a quarter sized pitch? and when you try and leave following their own terms and conditions you're met with passive aggressive league manager telling you that you can't or you have to wait for another team to join. Do you really want all this hassle? I would not EVER recommend this 5/6 a side league TO ANYONE. and just in case they decide they want to strike this review down, i have screenshots of the messages sent between myself and my league manager (Lewis) because i can see, and i know of 4 people that have had the same experience as me, and i heard they write unfaithful reviews here to bump their star rating up and make themselves seem good to the public.

Quick update, i have been told by Lewis that i should of emailed teamcontracts , if i wanted to leave the league 2 weeks prior to the end of the season. Which totally contradicts what their terms and conditions say on their website which say to contact the League Manager with written notice.

So now i am wondering who's rules do we follow, do we follow the terms and conditions set out on the website, do we follow the instructions given by the League Manager - Lewis, or do we follow the welcome email and welcome that we recieve, because all 3 of them contradict each other. This is just another confusing silly way that these people conduct their business to stifle other peoples right to leave the league. Again, would still HIGHLY HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

Update 18/08:

League manager texted 07/08 saying ‘But I will put you down to play the final game next week and then your be finished.

Can you confirm you have seen this?’ I responded ‘yes’

We since played that game this week on the 14th. I got a text today on the 18th saying we are scheduled to play. What a joke.

Soccersixes don’t even respond to email

Absolutely shocking service and poorly…

Absolutely shocking service and poorly ran. When joining I had mentioned several times to a couple of the organisers we would only be able to commit to the 8 weeks remaining in the league. With 2 weeks remaining I had reminded the league manager we would not be continuing and we do not want to put into the following league season which I he didn’t even reply too. Once the season had finished I got a message saying we were scheduled to play the following Monday and he basically said I didn’t follow the correct leaving process and will be signed up to the remaining season. Absolutely shocking if you are thinking about joining this league I strongly recommend not doing so, they are an absolute scam.

Disgraceful organisation

Disgraceful organisation. Do not get involved with them. Having paid the required amount as stated by them in writing they are now demanding a further £76. Nobody responds to our emails just being bombarded by text messages. Currently seeking legal advice and reporting to the FA

BOY I WISH I HAD COME HERE FIRST!

BOY, I WISH I HAD COME HERE FIRST!

where to start.... really helpful at the start to get us involved in the league, but once in that's where it went to POT. Joined mid-league, with 5 games to go and the verbal and physical abuse we got from other players, discrimination, and trying to hospitalize our players...once being successful. we raised this with the REF and little was done due to the incompetence of them.
rang the organizer stated we would no longer be playing and listed the reasons why and to my surprise they threatened us with legal action, not addressing anything that had happened, stating I would have CCJ against my name and I would have the debt build-up as "auto roll onto next league" as the bill would not be settled. I gave more than 2 weeks' notice which seems to have been ignored, I also left £35 to cover the following weeks game as a "goodwill Gesture" which I wish I hadn't.
i tried contacting head office who could not tell me how much I owed..... even though they sent me the threatening letter.
I was advised to go through the local organizer, as stated in their letter who said it's "not his problem and good luck".
It appears they want the bill to rack up to get more money out of people. shocking really.
shocking company and should be closed down.
i will also be contacting FA as they are so proud of the fact they are affiliated with them....

Soccer Sixes Review

Have been in the soccer sixes league for some years now since 2020, well run league with good competition in the league through-out. Lewis runs the league really well, is always happy to help out with getting players to help with teams if they are short on players and adjust kick off times to suit teams preferences if needs be. Will continue to play in the soccer sixes league for the foreseeable future.
