I had a horrible experience with Social Boost that is too long to explain here. But after 32 (no exaggeration) emails, they still could not get into my account. When I asked to cancel, they magically got into my PERSONAL account and started following and messaging people as me from my personal Instagram account. They are a scam, do not do business with them

I have now worked with Kim on two different Instagram accounts and she is a magician with what she can do! Not only am I seeing results, but the customer service that Kim and her team provide are excellent! They handhold me when I need it and take over so I don’t have to worry about my accounts. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anybody that needed a “social boost!” I have so enjoyed getting to know Kim, Lexi, Bella and the other wonderful women I have had a chance to work with.

Great service. Does what it promises bringing (mostly) relevant followers to your industry

They promise a lot, they deliver nothing. I described my target audience very clear, gave details about accounts in my niche to target. People between 20 and 35 who love to travel. What I got? Dudes aged 60 and 70 with no relation to my instagram. I tried this solution because I didn’t have the time to manage it myself but what a mistake.. so disappointed!

It was amazing to get new content from Riley. She amazing worker and honest as well. She very kind and patient person. She out going and willing to ask anything for your needs. I wish her luck on otjers as well. Hope that everyone sees her hard work.

I used this service because I wanted to give my Instagram a bit of a boost. But it was a huge mistake. I had Nora assigned as my Account Manager and while she was friendly, there are no recommendations, no advice given, no personalization. You can tell they're just giving the same spiel to everyone. You put in all the targeted accounts, hashtags, all yourself and the "Social Media Manager" runs the campaign - who, btw is NOT the same person as the Account Manager, which should have been another red flag. Nonetheless, I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and see how the service was like for a few days. A few days in, I saw the following count spike up. It was a lot more than what I had originally agreed to, but she assured me it was part of the "strategy".

Literally the same day, I received an error from Instagram, saying my account was restricted from actions because of following too many people. I told Nora to halt activity on my account but it was too late, they already did all the actions that day. Because the Account Manager and the Campaign Manager were different people (in different timezones by the way), they couldn't stop their actions in time. I ended spending almost a week being banned from Instagram. It was excruciating. I did regain access again but only after not touching Instagram for almost 4 days, logging them out of my account, and safely making sure they didn't do anything on my account.

TLDR; this is a risky service, they don't really care about you. Don't fall for it, grow your Instagram organically.

Absolutely ruined my instagram. Following random people from counties miles away and relentlessly deleting all my close friends etc. do not use

It's not a good service, I don't recommend it. The basic plan is not able to find interested followers. They do a random follow/unfollow. You get some followers, but in other languages (which are very unlikely to interact with your content). A bot works better, at least you can provide them with the right hashtags.
Edit: They ask for a meeting to discuss with you. They. Ask. You. That's perfect. But you attend the meeting and the person you talk to has no idea, hasn't seen your profile, and asks you: why did you want to have this meeting? what do you want? They ask you for a meeting, but they don't prepare it for you.
I put a review commenting on the problems I've had with them on Trustpilot, and they start working. They start calling and sending emails. They want constructive feedback to help them improve. I give it to them, and they justify themselves, replying that it's my fault because I didn't understand the services they offer. Perfect, but the review I wrote on Trustpilot stays because it is truthful (I just received an email that they will remove this review in three days if I don't provide more info, that's why I'm editing).
And no, I don't want a discount. A discount will not fix a bad service that, of course, I will not continue to pay for.
