Socks-of-the-month is a fun gift and the firm is very attentive about making sure they all arrive.

The socks are comfortable and came in a timely manner, my only issue is that they were pumpkin pie and leaf socks. I will wear them during the proper season, but why not socks with sun and/or sunglasses to represent the upcoming season summer?

I love the socks. But it took a long time for the orders to arrive. I had planned to use them for gifts but they didn’t arrive in time then all came within a day or so. I like the subscription and the quality. And they are so fun.

Love the beanie. Fits perfectly and is as comfortable as you'd expect a sock fancy item to be. Will be ordering again.

I’ve been looking all over town for 1/4 height socks. Of course I eventually thought of sock fancy. I ordered a six pack and love them. Just what I was looking for.

Gifted a subscription. The recipient liked the quality and variety and really enjoyed receiving them.

Did not care for the socks. Followed the instructions on the website to return the socks. It has been weeks and no return has been issued, and nobody is even replying to my emails.

I received the wrong type of socks and they never respond to my e-mails or their online form. Very disappointed and would never order from them a gain.

good product but seems a bit inferior to earlier mask I had that was same style from same company. Do not like the relatively large 'sockfancy' logo on white background on face of mask, was much more discreet in earlier purchase...small white logo on black background. Very few options to mix and match, had to buy 3 pack of same item/same color.

In general, I like the socks I ordered from Sock Fancy. I was disappointed with the color. I selected a slate color which is much more like brown than a true slate grey. I do not like the color and ordered socks from another manufacturer in a medium grey color which are perfect. I wear these with jeans instead of the socks I ordered from Sock Fancy. The fit, feel and everything else about the Sock Fancy socks are fine. I am very particular about color and just being honest.

Love your masks. They are comfortable and wash up well.

I placed an order in November for a subscription box and I have yet to receive any. I have emailed multiple times to find a resolution for this, but have yet to receive an actual update on my order - I only have a tracking number and it states “information has been submitted to shipper”. Get it together.

Ordered 5 masks. Only received 3. I tried contacting them 3 times over different mediums before hearing back. I finally started requesting a refund because I'm no longer at the same address for the holidays. I've sent them 4 more requests for a refund. They've ignored those requests and now sent the missing masks to an address I'm not at. No one will respond to my emails, calls, website chat box, or contact us form on their website.

SockFancy’s customer service is top notch. They sent a replacement order lighting fast and were friendly and helpful through the process. The socks themselves are of amazing quality, and fits with everything in my wardrobe. I’ll be a returning customer for sure!

Socks are ok and I only got 1 repeat design. I like some of them, but overall not worth the price. Accidentally paid for more months than intended when customer service ignored my emails until I explicitly asked to cancel.

I want to cancel my subscription and cannot log in to my account. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times and no one has returned my emails or request for return. This company seems to be a complete sham the way they make it impossible for people to change their monthly subscription. I am going to have to cancel my debit card and get a new one.

I received excellent customer service- ordering , shipping . The masks are the best I have worn- good coverage, soft, breathable material ( cotton) , adjustable on each ear, nice black color, wash well and the most comfortable mask I have worn.
