the fit is good but after a few washes(I use a garment bag and air dry them) the metal on the nose piece is poking through my son's mask:/

What address are you sending it to? You must have the address wrong because you have said several times that you are sending me a replacement and still...no order.

These are the ONLY face masks the whole family agrees are comfortable. This is a huge deal in our home. They are comfy, have a great nose clip (no foggy glasses for me), and have adjustable ear loops. Easy to wash too.

Fantastic masks! They fit each member of my family perfect, love the filter pocket and great designs. I’ve tried other masks, but always come back to Sock Fancy. We have collected over 30 of them!

I was satisfied with the ease of ordering, delivery time, and quality of the masks.

I never received my package and went through every channel provided to get in touch with Sock Fancy and haven't heard a thing. Whatever business process is in place to customers doesn't work, and at the moment it looks like I'll just have to bite the costs. All I can say right now is that the company gmail inbox needs to be deleted regularly, confirmation emails need to have the customer address being shipped to, and it needs to be more clear which channels customers can use to communicate with the company

I’d like to applaud the Customer Service department. I did have problems with my order and they were by my side working out the problems. I appreciate their attention to detail.

I reordered 3 of your mask cause the material makes me feel safe and they are comfortable. However, I’m really disappointed that nobody has emailed me when I took the time to email you, to tell you how cheap or distorted the elastic must have been on those first shipment of masks. I had to restitch and connect the elastic hidden cause they all broke apart. Questioning your customer service!!!!

After multiple attempts to resolve problems still not resolved. No solution offered. Therefore I canceled services
