The service was unexpected.
I ordered a replacement HEPA filter for my dehumidifier after I couldn't find a shop locally that actually stocked the filter (and all telling me I need a new machine! Imagine).
Solenco was on it immediately, called me the next day to confirm that the filter I ordered is actually for the correct model machine (thank goodness, because I had the wrong machine model) and pretty soon after, my filter was delivered.
Great service, which is so rare in our country.

Good looking unit and effective in the right space
Good looking unit, effective in the right space and quiet. It works well in small to medium well insulated rooms. Would not be effective in large spaces, but would certainly look at buying another one.

The Meaco Dry ABC 10L Compressor Dehumidifier (Graded) is ac superb product and works very well, clearing all the dampness in our guest cottage, which in turn will prevent mould from developing

Really impressed with Solenco! Our dehumidifier/air purifier was delivered super quickly, and the communication throughout was excellent. The unit is working perfectly - it’s been a huge help for drying laundry indoors and has noticeably improved our indoor air quality in rainy Cape Town. Highly recommend!
