Amazing company

I ordered forever rose

I ordered forever rose, it arrived 4 days later then it should but the rose wqs in good codition and the names on the bracelet were correct.

This is how ik yall aren’t a good…

This is how ik yall aren’t a good company, you guys took down my old review and said it wasn’t a genuine experience. What type of bs is that ? I don’t recall what i said but i just looked at the current reviews and it looks like you guys still haven’t changed. I’m here to let people know to not waste their time or at least know the way you guys move. Which is slow, unresponse, unhelpful, terrible communication and terrible customer service. They lied about the packaging, it’s false advertising you have to build the bouquet your self and the flower bear is made of styrofoam or something with a lot of glue that they used sticking out of it. For the price not valid at all but if i paid less than 50 for the bouquet and bear I wouldn’t have been as mad but nonetheless their service is trash if yall take this review down ill just go ahead and keep giving the same review lol. Learn from your mistakes and apply what you learned is the best advice i can give this company. Remember if you order from this company you prolly aren’t gonna get your order on the expected date, you’ll have terrible communication with the customer service and your gonna feel like your being scammed.

We genuinely regret that you were unhappy with the product presentation and the communication you received. Our bouquets are designed to be assembled so they arrive safely during shipping, and the rose bears are crafted from lightweight materials to maintain their shape. We try to show this clearly on our site, but we understand that expectations do not always match reality, especially when emotions are high around gifts.

Delays and slow responses can happen during peak periods, and while that’s not an excuse, we know it can feel unacceptable when you’re waiting on something meaningful. We are actively working to improve response times and overall support.

Customer support deceiving clients

Ordered on January 23rd, to this day July 28th customer support is telling me that my order is on the way, althought on tracking link that i've shared with them says order has been declined by the shipping company and staying in one placed from February. Stuck in a loop, i tell them order never arrived send Tracking link, they tell me order is on the way...
