I've only been on them for a little over a week but so far I am sleeping better and so is my husband. I really believe after we have taken them for a little longer we will sleep and feel even better. So thank you so far for a better night rest.

Lost so much sleep in the last 2 years. Saw some reviews on SPNutrition and thought what the heck..after about 3 weeks I was noticing my sleep was improving. Will continue these as apparently my body was needing magnesium.

After a month I’m falling asleep much quicker and my energy levels have improved!

I love the product but I still wake up once or twice I don’t have leg cramps or sleepy leg syndrome anymore. A plus

I must admit I was very skeptical at first before trying the gummies but I couldn't have been more wrong after 3 nights I slept like a log and have done so since waking up feeling so refreshed, also very good communication

I am a bad sleeper and have tried so many sleeping aids but didn’t want to take the medicimal ones so love the fact that your magnesium actually work!!!!

Still getting leg cramps @ nighttime. Not as bad as before, I’ve been taking 2 gummies @ bedtime. Going to increase to 3 per night and see if it lessens the frequency of the cramps.
I also want to cancel any automatic subscription that is currently active with your company I will order as I need. Please acknowledge that this has been addressed. Thank you! James Smith

2nd time I have ordered like them for my magnesium instead of a pill

So far so good. Falling asleep right away & staying asleep. Also taking Bioma (probiotic prebiotic) so the combination is working out great for me. Lot more energy during the day as well.

You told me it would take time and it is. I'm not staying asleep longer yet, but I assume that It'll come gradually. I am falling asleep faster, so that's an improvement. I like the taste.

From the time I placed my order till I got introduced got.the products it was over 2.weeks long

Since starting on SPNutrition I have been sleeping much better at night and don't wake up so tired of a morning. So far, I am very impressed and the little red bears taste great.
