The gummies are easy to chew and taste ok too.
I am sleeping much better at night.
My cramps are a little harder to alleviate, but they are not disturbing my sleep as bad as they used to.
I will be using these gummies for quite a while.

I have tried another magnesium glycinate in pill form and found it to greatly disturb my digestion with diarrhea problems. I reallly like these gummies a lot better. I can't tell if they are helping my sleep or not, which is not my main problem--leg cramps are. But I can say that these are easier to take on my stomach and digestion, not as many problems, they taste delicious, and my leg cramps seem to have lessened using this formula.

I was taking another brand of magnesium glycinate,and it did help me to sleep,but, it was a capsule, and would get stuck in my throat a lot. I saw these gummies and thought I would try them. To my surprise, they do not taste like vitamins. I like the raspberry flavor, and I sleep well. I tend to lay awake for hours at bedtime, or if I do fall asleep, then I wake up around 3, and am up for the rest of the night. Regular magnesium citrate does not help me sleep, but the glycinate does. I typically do not like gummies because they stick in my teeth, but it is better than the capsules getting stuck in my throat. I also tried them D3/K2 gummies. They are orange flavor. I don’t like orange flavored candy, but these gummies are good. They actually taste like fresh oranges.

It took a few weeks to notice a difference. But I definitely sleep better, not waking through the night and waking more refreshed. I feel it has helped with my anxiety as well.

I have used other magnesium supplements and they never worked for me. I used to have a lot of cramping and upset stomach. My sleeping was still a mess. I couldn't get to sleep and be awake for most of the night. After taking SPNutrition magnesium, I don't have an upset digestive system and I get to sleep quickly and sleep all night. Plus I feel more energised the next day.

I am so surprised by how much these gummies are helping me. I am able to fall asleep faster. No more tossing and turning and more importantly I do not get leg cramps like I used to. This product actually does what it promises to do.

I love these gummies. I suffered with falling asleep fast, but never being able to stay asleep all night. I have been sleeping so good since getting the gummies. Granted I also have been taking a break from drinking alcohol this month and I know that helps with sleep. But since these gummies - I sleep like the dead and love it!

I just started using 2 gummies an hour before bed three days ago. I feel they are a great compain with my frequency music I listen to 20 minutes before drifting off to sleep. I need the magesium and this is perfect gummy for night time, sleep, magesium dose. Works great!

FINALLY able to get to sleep at a reasonable hour! Still wake at 3 for bathroom run, but straight back to sleep!!

The jury is still out here as I've only taken them a few times. I have slept better but still had a few leg cramps.
I always thought that waking up at 0300 meant it was time to pray the Divine Mercy. But I'm usually too tired to get through it. Now I'm not waking up at all.

I am still waking up several times at night but I feel that I am less tense and my moods are better since beginning to take this product.

I sleep better at night than I have for a long time. I still do not sleep enough but it's only been a week. The one thing I wish you would have done was put vitamin B6 in with the magnesium glycinate. It is what really makes it work. I will continue to buy your product because I am satisfied
