Delivery took a long time as the package was mislaid. Therefore I have only taken them for 10 days. As yet I have noticed no difference but hoping to in a few more days.

I thought for a long time before I purchased the Magnesium gummies and read a lot on other websites. I even talked with my doctor, but finally decided to give them a try. Earlier, I had purchased some bedtime hot chocolate that contained bisglycenate magnesium, but it tasted so vile that I couldn't drink it. The SPNutrition gummies are actually delicious. I've only been using them for a week, but I have been sleeping well. They seem to be working. Anxious to see what continued use will do.

I immediately noticed no digestive issues at all. Have had considerable digestive problems with other brands bought on Amazon. Also am extremely pleased with how well they work! Am sleeping noticeably better after only taking for a few days. Will continue using this product. What a difference!

It took several nights but i am finally sleeping better. I stopped the other magnesium supplements I was taking and now rely on SPNutrition.

You’re prouduct is vey tasty and hi quality and the really work well I had massive problems getting to sleep and these gummies work amazing, I was using fossil and it would work but make you feel groggy next morning

Delivery was prompt and well packaged. The gummy has a good flavour and easy to chew and swallow, it is early days, only been taking for last four nights but I do seem to be sleeping deeply, I still wake up around 3-3.30 but it is a lot easier to fall back to sleep, no mind racing so pleased so far.

Magnesium Bisglycinate definitely helps me to sleep through and sugar free gummies are easier than swallowing capsules.
I need to learn to suck them instead of chewing!

For the first time in ages I am not waking up 3-4 times a night that's how good these gummies are!!! I am down to one normal time waking up and my mind feels so much better too

Love the bear shaped gummies. Definitely a pleasure and a great nights sleep, what i dont like is my latest shipment is shaped like a berry, lighter color, tasteless
and smaller. Go back to bear shape.
