Rude managers

They do a lot of promos, some are great deals so I ordered. The merchandise arrives but it is clearly worn and put back on the shelf. When I returned the item and commented on this, the manager says that is the reason it is a great deal and that you get what you pay for. So rude and not what I expect from a store like Sporting Life. Don't bother with the promos. Actually, don't bother shopping there with that kind of service.

no problem

better then average ecommerce site. easy to use.
great product selection. I have had 3 or 4 separate purchases and always was served well for it.
return process a little funky but it works.
all and all glad to be able to shop at Sporting Life.

I ordered 2 pairs of running shoes

I ordered 2 pairs of running shoes. Got one pair within 2 weeks. A month and a half later I have yet to receive the second pair. Sent 3 emails to customer service for an ETA and received no response. They have neither answered their emails or sent the shoes. Terrible customer service.

Disorganized Company

The first time I purchased from them was a pretty good experience. Got a few pairs of crocs and they arrived within a week to my residence. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. On my second order, I decide to order another pair of crocs for one of my family members as a surprise! She absolutely loves the lavender coloured crocs and has been talking about them for a while. Since the sporting life crocs are in men's sizes, I ordered her a size 7 (as she is a size 9 in women's). Everything was going smoothly. I placed my order and waited for a confirmation email. However, I never got one. Which I thought was odd due to having received one for my previous order. But I shrugged it off and didn't get too anxious about it. About a week passes by and I never receive an email that it has shipped. This got me a little nervous. Although, the next day I received an email from them that it will be delayed. Which I totally understand. Our world has really been changing at a quick pace and it's hard to keep up with everything going on right now. So I waited and received the order just a few days after. When I opened up the box though, I received a size 5 men's. Immediately I thought this is weird, I ordered a size 7 men's. So I went back to my sporting life account to see my order details and a "no size" bar was on the order of crocs. Which was weird because I did put a size. I proceeded to email their customer service that I received the wrong size. I wish I could attach the email here. They replied that I needed to order a new pair and return my other ones. So I thought ok, I will do that then. However, I went to look at the sizing for the lavender pair and only size 4 and 5 men's where in stock. Kinda had an aha moment here. It seems as though instead of telling me they didn't have the size and refunding me they sent me whatever size was available. Which was what actually delayed the order in the first place. Really disappointed in this company. I wish they would of sent me an email. As a young adult who purchases a lot of stuff online (and I mean even off websites like Shein and Zaful) this has been the worst experience. This reflects the company as a very unprofessional and disorganized business. To anyone who is looking to purchase from this company, I would suggest going to sport check, the source (sporting goods) or MEC. And to those who do order at sporting life, I hope your experience is better than mine.

Terrible Customer Service

Canada Post told me to contact sporting life about a package, but the sporting life customer service lady hung up on me when I tried to call. 2/10 customer service at best.

Great Deals, Processing, Shipping, and Product Selection.

There were negative reviews other customers left but I still decided to give this shop a try because of the great discounts. My products arrived in the right sizes and in a very reasonable amount of time. I couldn't be happier I gave them a chance and I wish them the best of luck. Thank you Sportinglife.ca!
