If I could give them negative stars I would. This is a fake company. I effectively got scammed. I ordered flowers for a friend. The very next morning after I placed the order I got an email saying my order has been refunded. I thought “okay well maybe they could get the flowers delivered to my friend so they sent the money back. Cool” Not cool. I did not get the money back. It’s been 14 days. I still have not got it. I called their customer support team where a lady said she would issue the refund. I wait a few minutes on hold and then she comes back and says my bank declined the refund ????? No why would my bank deny a refund ?? I had to file a dispute with my bank. I’m over it. $70 lost on fake flowers.

This place is a scam and should be shut down. It appears everyone places the order and then immediately receives a notification that the order has been cancelled due to location. I had to call my bank and report as fraud. When I called their customer service it was very sketchy and the person I spoke with was in the car.

I NEVER write reviews… I only have one star because no stars were available. I ordered flowers for a friends birthday and should have known when I had to ask if they needed her phone number for delivery that something was amiss. I ordered a $200 bouquet was assured it could be delivered that day and received an email saying the order was cancelled and I was unaware until it was too late to Oder anything else, no phone call, no apology. This isn’t a “local” florist, it’s a call center DO NOT USE.

The website was super easy to navigate, Grant promptly called me after I placed my order to ensure everything was perfect down to the detail. Highly recommend this service and I can't wait for her to receive the flowers.

Wouldnt even give them 1 star. As many others made the order and it was immediately cancel. Said I would be refunded been in contact with them and they still process the transaction and didn't refund the money now they're saying they're looking into it again.

I tried to deliver flowers for my mom’s birthday two weeks ago. I got no notification or update on my order, until I eventually had to call to get an update on my delivery, finding out it had then been cancelled (giving me no time to get another delivery). I requested a refund and was told it’d take 5-10 days. It’s now been 15 days and I still have not received a refund. I just called to get an update on my refund and was told to “wait a few more days” then they hung up on me when explaining my situation. It’s a shame that companies can scam you for doing something nice for a loved one. Do not order from Starluck Flowers.

I wish I can give 0 stars. 😡 I ordered flowers for a friend that live in Milwaukee. Hours after submitting and paying for a delivery I get an email from Roberta Kiley customer service manager informing me the order is cancelled. She indicates the florist is 'unable' to deliver the flowers and they do not know why. The worst part is they add that a refund will take 7-14 days. This was September 10, 2025. Now today is February 3, 2026. I still haven’t received my refund.
That is unacceptable. If they can take my $ immediately they can refund it just as fast. I wish I had checked reviews of this company. I don't believe they will refund me anything. This is a scam please don’t buy from them.

SCAM!! Don't fall for it
The website makes it appear like it's a local florist but it's a SCAM! Within a few hours of ordering and giving my credit card info- they emailed to say it was cancelled because "the florist in the area" wasn't able to deliver. They were supposed to be local so that was my red flag. They said they were processing a refund and apologized but I assume no refund is coming and now I need to cancel my credit card. SO SHADY!!

This company is a scam. It was made to look like a local florist in North Carolina so I ordered a new baby arrangement. Immediately after ordering I received an email that the order had been cancelled. Despite this they billed my charge card. I am now protesting the charge through my bank. This place is a wasted of money. Do not order from them.

I ordered flowers on a Friday morning to be delivered the same day. Three hours later my order was cancelled and I got a refund. By that time, it was too late to have anything delivered the same day. I am sure the company will try to convince me to change my review. Beware of this website !!! Update - 5 days later i have now been charged for my flowers that i did not get !!!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

It was negative degrees outside and they took the time to call me when my daughter didn't answer the door as they were concerned about leaving flowers in the cold. When I assured them she was home and I called her to make sure to answer door, they went back to her house and delivered the beautiful flowers.
