Top manufacturer with superb support

I use several Anycubic devices and have been very satisfied over the years. Product updates come at regular intervals and bring new improvements. The support is also extremely impressive. Problems are dealt quickly and easily. Last support was answered and solved in less then 24h! If replacement parts are needed, they are provided without any hassle. I am extremely satisfied with Anycubic and their products—thanks to their excellent support, I have absolutely no complaints. Top manufacturer!

Great Customer Service

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with my hotend fan. Customer service even contacted me over the holidays. They quickly and professionally found a solution. I highly recommend them.

Anycubic support is really exceptional!

Anycubic support is really exceptional!
, given that the Kobra 3 is already outdated. If something breaks, their support will quickly send it over to you so you don't have extensive downtimes. Yes the printer could be better, but for the money spent, it's really something you can grow on. Plus the multicolor capabilities are great.

Excellent customer support

This is my second Anycubic FDM. I’ve only had to contact customer support twice but both times have been very helpful. The customer support staff is quick to respond, quick to understand the issue I am facing and quick to provide a solution. Highly recommend!

Ace Pro signal cable

Very Happy Customer

Great support service!

After noticed that an error appeared consistantly after a certain kind of patern period, I've reported to support service.
They promptly open a ticket service, identified the probably defective part and sent the parts to solve the issue.
Also received tutorials to disassemble the old parts and reassemble the new ones.
The shipping was fast and through all the process they kept in contact, so to ensure everything was going ok.

Well, sorry, and, don’t I look silly, the parts have just been delivered. I wish they told me that they were sending them. So, many thanks to Anycubic and David for getting the parts out so quickly, and over Christmas.
This is the second time I have needed parts, and the second 5 Stars.

Quick turn around

Support was quick to respond and listened to my previous troubleshooting attempts to resolve the issue as fast as possible. A replacement part was shipped out right away. Fantastic response!
