I use several Anycubic devices and have been very satisfied over the years. Product updates come at regular intervals and bring new improvements. The support is also extremely impressive. Problems are dealt quickly and easily. Last support was answered and solved in less then 24h! If replacement parts are needed, they are provided without any hassle. I am extremely satisfied with Anycubic and their products—thanks to their excellent support, I have absolutely no complaints. Top manufacturer!

i had a 3dprint make a mess and a part broke and within 24 hours i got help fromt he support and they sent me the needed part for free and now im waiting for it to arrive. really nice support and helpful

When there is an Issue the support team will solve it with you!

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with my hotend fan. Customer service even contacted me over the holidays. They quickly and professionally found a solution. I highly recommend them.

Anycubic support is really exceptional!
, given that the Kobra 3 is already outdated. If something breaks, their support will quickly send it over to you so you don't have extensive downtimes. Yes the printer could be better, but for the money spent, it's really something you can grow on. Plus the multicolor capabilities are great.

The customer service is the best in the business. They always go above and beyond.

This is my second Anycubic FDM. I’ve only had to contact customer support twice but both times have been very helpful. The customer support staff is quick to respond, quick to understand the issue I am facing and quick to provide a solution. Highly recommend!

I contacted support regarding issues with the K3 Max and K3 Combo, and the service was excellent. Replacement parts for the K3 Combo have already been shipped, and I am awaiting shipment of the K3 Max parts.

I had a problem with the power supply on my ACE Pro. Support was very responsive and sent me the part quickly.

Any issue I have had has been responded to within 24 hours and addressed to my satisfaction. I have been pleased enough to purchase 3 units all together from Anycubic!

After noticed that an error appeared consistantly after a certain kind of patern period, I've reported to support service.
They promptly open a ticket service, identified the probably defective part and sent the parts to solve the issue.
Also received tutorials to disassemble the old parts and reassemble the new ones.
The shipping was fast and through all the process they kept in contact, so to ensure everything was going ok.

I had an issue with my printhead cover. Customer service replied in less than six hours and immediately sent a replacement part. Very impressive!

Well, sorry, and, don’t I look silly, the parts have just been delivered. I wish they told me that they were sending them. So, many thanks to Anycubic and David for getting the parts out so quickly, and over Christmas.
This is the second time I have needed parts, and the second 5 Stars.

Support was quick to respond and listened to my previous troubleshooting attempts to resolve the issue as fast as possible. A replacement part was shipped out right away. Fantastic response!

Whatever you think of Anycubic, their support responds quick, is helpfull and always comes with a solution. I’m glad i chose for Anycubic 3D printers.

Today's request was handled very promptly, and the advice given worked well. The parts needed to do the repair on my Ace Pro are already being processed for shipment. Very satisfied with my experience today
