Kobra S1 - autolevel issue
Finally, the problem with the auto-level was solved after more than a month of struggle. During this time, the level sensor was replaced twice, and a little later, the print head signal cable, the print head PCBA, and the level sensor again. All parts except for one sensor were sent by the support team. I hope this was the first and last major breakdown, and I will finally cross the 1,000-hour printing threshold, which is about 5 hours away. 🙂

A circuit board is being shipped
A circuit board had a piece come off of my Ace Pro (filament gone awry within enclosure). I described the issue and included photos of the part. I heard back from tech support within the day. They acknowledged my need for the part and said they would process the claim. A day or two later I received an email stating that the part had shipped and was given a tracking #. So far, so good. I could not have asked for better service. I'm assuming I'll have the part and have it back up and running before long.

I've been a loyal Anycubic customer for years, and the technical support is the main reason I keep choosing this brand. Their team is incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable - far ahead of any other 3D printer manufacturer I've dealt with.

Great Customer Service
This is the first 3D printer the family has had. A joint Christmas present for the kids. It was great for the first week or so and then the hotend jammed bad enough to require the hotend and strain guage to be replaced. We also had a cracked front cover of the print head. I emailed support and they got back to me right away. They identified the issue and sent me new parts no charge. They even sent new screws. Repairs were straight forward and there were help videos on their app. Printer is back online and the kids are happy. What could have ended as a bad Christmas present was saved by great customer service. Thank you.

My printer hotend module broke first print and unfortunately the warranty on the printer ran out, so I sent an email asking if it was still possible to get the part and I provided pictures and the order details and luckily they are sending me a new module. 10/10 customer service, thank you!

I experienced a major failure of the gear assembly. Contacting support was easy, and I am amazed by both the response time and the fact that they are sending me the replacement part for free. Very satisfied.

The printer does its job. I encountered a few issues, and support was very quick to find a solution and helped me resolve the issue by sending me replacement parts. Replacement parts take a long time to arrive (Italy), but I still recommend Anycubic products. Excellent after-sales service.

After 3 week i am waiting for part to repair my ace pro amd today i have write to Anycubic and the part is not departed from china... is the third times in one year i wait 3-4 week before i can print with tha Ace Pro... so in one year i cannot print multi-color like 3month because all the problem this Ace pro is a defective unit and nobody of customer service give me the chance to exchange for a good Ace pro... i buy many Anycubic Printer this 2 last years but now i am thinking to stop buying before they change their customer service and warranty... i have to repair and find the part problem by myself... this is not good practice and i cannot refer anybody in the futur if i cannot work with my printer 1/4 on a year on the 1 year waranty...
