The support staff was extremely quick to respond to my questions, supportive, and kindly courteous. Staff were very helpful, providing short videos to test for issues. When the solution was not available via removing any broken filament or jams, they were kind to mail replacement parts at no cost to me as the consumer. I am very satisfied with their products. This is my fourth 3D printer purchased from them, because I use them so often that I usually am running all 4 at the same time!

I have bought the kobra 3 combo and kobra 3 max combo. Had some issues but was resolves with great support from the anycubic team. Would recommend purchasing products from their site.
Quick service and timely deliveries
The support team was quick to answer my initial ticket and sent a part to try to resolve my issue. Due to the error I was getting, it could have been one of several parts so it took a few tries to get the correct one ordered. Each time, Obi was there with an answer and link to send the next part after I told him what happened with the last part that was delivered. It turns out that I needed another extruder due to mishandling and breaking a piece on the first one I was sent.
Once the new one was installed, the printer worked no errors!
Overall I am very pleased with the service provided from Anycubic on the Kobra S1 printer.
Anycubic photon mono m7 LCD screen
I bought an anycubic photon mono m7 printer on Aliexpress from the "ANYCUBIC Store". The first print went great, but the LCD screen cracked during the second print. Less than 2 weeks have passed since the purchase. Maybe I did something wrong, or maybe the screen was installed incorrectly at the factory, in general, I was very upset, I wrote to the seller, asked if he could help with that, he advised me to contact the support center with this question. I wrote to them as the seller advised, and they clarified the information and sent me a new LCD screen! I carefully installed the new screen, printed several parts, and everything is great! Huge thanks to the Anycubic team, huge thanks to Nelson (Anycubic Support Team)! Anycubic is the best!

Amazing Support Team
Customer Service is always great with Anycubic. I find their printers to be very easy to use as well. And they produce great prints. If issues do happen. The AnyCubic team quickly answers support tickets and resolve issues quickly and honor warranty.
Good customer service
Though I would rather not have issues with my printer I understand that malfunctions happen and I don't hold it against them because of the great customer support I've had during both problems. In both instances they responded quickly and provided solutions, in my cases they sent a new hot end and hotbed entirely free of charge.

I needed a replacement cable for my Kobra 3 Max
I needed a replacement cable for my Anycubic Kobra 3 max (I cut it by mistake, my fault). I contacted Support to see how I could order a replacement. I received an e-mail with a link to place the order for the part and had it on order in about 4 mouse clicks. Very easy process.
Jammed filament
I was having an issue with some jammed filament, but I didn't know how to fix. I was pointed to a video that helped me unjam, and then a picture to fix. Was successful in freeing my filament without chopping off too much, but could not fix the filament sensor.
Having a new piece shipped to me, looking forward to getting operational again. Anycubic is great about sending replacement parts.

Very Happy with my solution of my problem
I am very happy with the service with Anycubic . I understand they are in China and I can not call them The only way is thru email. With them having different working hours than me . Reply's are not instantaneous. I am still very happy with the response and the solution of my problem .
